Everything is a ‘disrespect to Lana and her work’ these days we need to stop being sensitive to criticism towards her. If you look at it this way it might even be a compliment…Producing a whole album by yourself is no easy feat and I think she could do it.

I’m wondering if she even needs a producer at this point, I’m pretty sure she can do it herself and add some piano and job done, then just shoot all the album covers and music videos using her Iphone 7.

Yeah I think the moving of posts is rather unnecessary really, I don’t think anybody really wants it. I respect it is Elle’s Forum but I hope she takes it on board what the members want also as she normally listens. I don’t think it has to be that strict, people don’t really want to use multiple threads for every single thing it’s actually confusing.

I love it when she get’s political, if the album was full of boring break up love songs it would be horrible. We need different topics in music as I find the trend for most songs to be love or break up songs to be extremely boring and stale, uninspired. Perhaps some of her American fans are upset at her for spilling how much of a bully and dump America is underneath it all. so good for Marina for actually writing about something interesting, and those who don’t like it still have goodbye and flowers…so you won’t spasm into shock from those.

I agree it’s too short which makes the album repetitive. Needs at least 15 songs.

Yeah I get that, but the media is just doing what they always do. She has to learn to deal with it and continue what she’s doing, saying nothing won’t work either as they just pick apart her songs and misinterpret stuff. Really it’s her fans that will suffer in the long run from lack of communication and presence.
