sjatib Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 I must say I was a bit dissapointed after reading all of the praise in this thread. That being said it might be a grower. I'm not dissapointed, but can understand why you do. I'm sure it will have more sense on the context of the album. Just right before Bartender. It will kill us, the album as a whole. The Greatest may be a momentum, but it's quite simple in structural terms. It's very beautiful, and the lyrics are heartbreaking, as well as her vocal delivery (it fucking breaks me when she sings "I miss the music"). Miss Lana keeps evolving. 1
