really interesting seeing most of the border counties go blue (as well as NM and AZ). Clearly the wall isn't as important to people as Trump would like to think it is.

im pretty sure NM has always been pretty liberal but this is the first time in 20+ years since az went blue. mark kelly is also in the lead for senate and all the props are so far leading with being approved (such as MJ being legalized, to an extent, and taxing the rich to give more funding to schools).

 

im really proud of AZ tbh. the repubs here are.............something. and we have mormons.

I have a theory that if they do, Trump will say its unfair that they called AZ for Biden but haven't called MI and WI for him (bc even though the numbers look similar, MI and WI still haven't touched early-ballots, whereas AZ has reported both). He'll then claim the whole thing is rigged against him by the media and the real shit show begins. So they won't announce AZ until they have a clearer picture of WI and MI.

the only one he's close with is nevada rn. biden has a 3% lead. i also found out that az governor dookie ducey stopped votes at 10 and will continue counting tomorrow since there's apparently a lot of early voting/mail ins
