If it cannot be wiped away, it must be under the vinyl pressing and cannot be removed. get seom cleaning solution!! or maybe just lukewarm water on an old cloth Cleaning solution and an old cloth? Probably just because it's a very thick pic disk but there is something seriously wrong with that record player anyway.
