Artists do this ALL the time. Very rarely at festivals though.. but Lana sort of "can" with this festival given all the tickets sold were basically for her..

i can’t imagine having to stand around for 40 min waiting for lana to come out…especially since she’s the last person and these ppl are already tired from other sets. it’s not like a concert where there’s at least seats and you can rest
