Opinions on a possible 2023 tour/setlist?

Does anybody else feel she couldn't just pick up where she left off nowadays, in terms of her shows?

If she started touring again her setlist and way of performing would need an update. Her last one or two years of touring always seemed like a repetition of things we already had in 2012. Apart from that there were many complaints about Lana not even properly singing parts of the songs. She was obviously exhausted or didn't feel motivated anymore. I'd rather have no shows than shows she doesn't really want to do.

If she's happier writing songs or poetry (or a short movie ) I gladly take them.

i think she will tour again with the next album, but probably on a much more limited scale...so maybe 2023/2024?

Considering how much artists can earn from touring, I think she’ll do it, and if not because she wants to, her label will make her. Maybe they’ll negotiate and she’ll only do a limited number of California show.

I just hope they won’t be festivals. She’s big enough to fill up proper concert halls and arenas now.

 

Like Rorman pointed out, one of her backup dancers just had a baby, but I think she can get on the stage without her or without both dancers, if she has to go on a tour. Maybe her bassist will finally come back instead?

 

I don’t predict a tour for 2023 because she’d have to announce the dates now if she’s planning to tour spring or summer (unless she drops them unexpectedly like she did in 2017... tickets went for sale and the concert was like the week after). Besides, she doesn’t have a new album to promote yet (no, Chemtrails and BB don’t count). I can see her tour 2024-2025 at earliest, if she even will.

Yes! She came to aus in 2017 or 2018. Her Sydney show was magicallll, but honestly I probably wouldn’t go again bc I can no longer stand crowded places at alllllll

I think that if the new album releases within the first half of 2023 (Jan - July) then the tour could happen between the second half of 2023 and 2024 (or just in 2024)

I really hope she goes on tour again someday though. I missed her during the NFR tour because she didn't come anywhere near where I live and I had limited money and transportation then since I was still a student lol but now I'm gonna try my best to see her wherever she does have a concert

i think she enjoys performing now alot more then she did back in her earlier albums but thats just from watching videos so idk

I think she will continue to do small tours like the Midwestern NFR Tour (which came to my hometown Oklahoma City <3) I can’t see her NEVER performing again, plus artists say all the time they’re done touring but it makes too much $ not to these days.
