Yeah cause someone said Dark City was from UV but since the other one seems unknown it's kinda suspicious

after  listening to DC again last week my first thought was the vocals sound pretty recent and that song definitely isn’t UV old. Idc if it’s LDR9 recent but i wouldn’t count it out

I just listened the dark city snippet again since a person said it sounds recent a few answers up and I agree! Tho her voice has been sounding kinda uvish lately to me so it’s hard to differentiate. 
 

I also have the same confusion every time I listen iyldwm. Her vocals sound too new to be uv but too uv to be new?

I definitely think Dark City could be recent, I don’t know how people decided it was from UV. Does anyone know how that happened

I think she re - recorded the UV outtakes on BB.

somebody reliable had stated that dark city is from the ultraviolence era, i don't know about that second snippet though

Honestly I can’t really point it but ever since bb the tone of her sounds uv to me. Maybe it’s the use of deeper register and also like singing a bit cursivish (?) on the higher notes?

Yep! I really love that powerful sound and it makes me super excited the album as well because I feel like we haven’t really gotten that sound from between lfl and bb

I don’t feel like finding the post I’m relying to but I believe she only re-recorded IYLDWM for Blue Banisters, the rest were left as they were. This makes sense given Drew isn’t credited on any of those songs
