I originally thought they were from November when Lana was previously in Nashville with Luke Laird, but according to her latest Instagram story, she was also in Nashville with Luke last week too. Also, looking at her nails in the Dolly pics they're red, and they're also red in her latest Instagram story. In November, they were French tips. So, these photos are recent! I attributed them to the day the first photo was shared, but they may have been a few days before.
