I’m not saying people deserve to be killed because they’re doing something unfair and unjust, but it’s really hard to feel much empathy. I’ve also been denied access to see specialists that could have helped me over a decade ago, but because of insurance, wouldn’t let me. There’s so many people in different situations suffering from this, people with life threatening conditions but also people with chronic illnesses who may suffer. Every. Single. Day. For the rest of their lives. Hospitals are restricted on what they can do because of insurance all the time. Seen so many people suffer because of INSURANCE. that’s insane. I get how hard it is to find the right solution because everyone is in a different situation, but CEOs denying people of life saving treatments is absurd and evil. Make me your Dream Life Posted December 11, 2024 Posted December 11, 2024 Wonder if/when someone's gonna do a widespread thing into deliberately getting into jail to expose that system in how it funds prisoners more than public schools etc. You'll need a miracle 0 Quote

Expand like sunshine and lollipops. the overwhelming communal praise and worship for a murderer (in certain spaces...) is insane. anybody who thinks this is the "first step" in some sort of healthcare revolution needs to get a grip sooner rather than later. all this is going to do is increase security measures and stop CEO's from engaging with the public (which would obviously massively slow any kind of structural change in a company). i also think a lot of you fail to understand that when someone is a CEO of a huge company like united healthcare they do not really have any power. decisions are not theirs. all CEO's of companies like that do is uphold and enforce the desires of their board. a wife and two sons did not deserve to lose their husband and father to a mentally unwell assassin and if you think they did you have some sort of mental problem like luigi clearly does 2 Quote

CEO's are pretty much at the top of their companies, of course they have control, and of course they can make decisions, i'm certain the CEO who was shot knew exactly what his company was doing and how it operated, he likely knew that the company he ran was profiting off of people who were sick, injured, at risk of dying, and clearly it didn't matter to him, you really cannot blame people for not feeling bad for him, many people have died or have suffered far more than they should have, because they can't access proper healthcare, and it should not be that way, peoples' health and their lives should not be profited off of, and if you can't at least acknowledge that, and acknowledge the fact that people are rightfully upset about how healthcare operates, then you've got a problem also 5 Quote

Also Sally Pipes is part of a think tank as I read that one of its main objectives is to push liberal ideology so i can see why she does not agree with Medicare . That does not mean though that a different healthcare system cannot work in the US or that there aren't any other alternatives. In other countries other healthcare systems are living examples of the different directions a country can take. 6 Quote ??? ??????????? ??? ??????? ???? ???? ???????? ???? ??? ????????? ???? ?????? ??? ???? ?????? ????? ??? ????
