Guest daytonaxmeth Posted June 4, 2013 The protests In Turkey has led the police to use tear gas, pepper gas & toxic denaturing weapons. People have gone blind, severely Injured, One man there's a picture of him with his left eyeball missing. & I know a Team Lana twitter user who lives In Turkey & she said It nearly blinded her. Thoughts on the Event that has occurred? (Also Lana Is meant to tour there & I don't want Lana In danger or any Turkish Team Lana members)
TIARNZUS 4,596 Posted June 4, 2013 It's sad that they can no longer communicate their opinions through a non-violent method.
NamiraWilhelm 5,049 Posted June 4, 2013 It's sad people are made to feel and act desperately before anyone takes notice :/ Poor buggers...
Viva 3,170 Posted June 4, 2013 Istambul and Ankara apparently are getting several protests against the government. It was in the international section of the news today. They said that women are adhering to the protests as well. Police enforcement is jetting tear gas at protesters. Tear gas (from Latin lacrima = tear) is a generic name given to various types of skin irritants, such as benzyl bromide, or CS gas (o-chlorobenzylidene malononitrile) can cause temporary blindness and temporary respiratory problems. The world is so fucked up tbh. Hope things get better over there. Too many people are suffering and too many lives are lost while a very few win with this nonsense.
