It seems like Blake Lively's two biggest sins are:

1. Being kinda cringey  ("Like Kahleisi, I too have dragons [Taylor Swift and Ryan Reynolds]"; "grab your flowers, grab your girls"). That's literally how every theatre kid ever talks IRL. Also why are we acting like a Colleen Hoover book is some serious introspection on DV? It's not, this is a cheap book with a cheap plot; acting like Blake needed to be in mourning the entire time she promoed it is ridiculous (plus the DV thing is technically meant to be a "plot twist" that's not initially apparent to viewers)
2. Asking to not have to needlessly interact with her (for legal reasons, alleged) abuser. Having Ryan Reynolds there, and distancing herself from Justin are normal behaviours given the circumstances.

Neither of these things is in any way proportionate to the hate she has been receiving. 

I really hope Blake Lively comes out victorious, because Baldoni's tactics are beyond disgusting and should have no place in a serious court.

If Blake is in the right, why did she and her husband make moves to have Baldoni's lawyer silenced?

It is too early to form a strong opinion like you did about Justin. Until the evidence is revealed we can’t know really what happened, but Blake's behavior does not suggest she is innocent.

Baldoni's lawyer has no right releasing any "evidence" to the public via TMZ/tabloids/podcasts--which could prejudice a jury should this case go forward.

Lively's team has only shared everything that's publicly been filed within the lawsuit, Baldoni's team is trying to turn this into some public hearing by releasing videos/footage directly to the media and not the court.

Honestly this whole situation is fucked up. And while blake as @Mer mentioned has some cringey moments, it's nothing compared to Baldoni being a pervert.

Agreed on Joseph. Maybe Barry as well? Like honestly, none of the guys look like The Beatles, but like it isn't really a look-alike contest. The make-up team will put their whole effort in making the guys as similar to the Beatles as they can and the actors will have to learn a lot - the voice, the accents, the mannerisms. The movie will be released in 2028 so they'll have time to learn I guess.

 

I do have a feeling I will be disappointed in the movies because my hopes were at the beginning very high but I've got a love/hate relationship with biopics, a lot of them are misses but there have been hits as well.
