Lana is playing two more shows in the UK to celebrate the release of Lust For Life.

There will be an exclusive fan pre-sale.

By purchasing a Lust For Life CD album on the official store at the link below before 2pm on Thursday 27th July 2017, you will receive a pre-sale code and will be among the first to have the chance to purchase tickets.

 

 


All pre-sale codes will be sent out by 8pm on the same day. Please note that access to this exclusive pre-sale will not guarantee tickets.

Pre-sale window opens at 9am on Friday 28th July.

Have you already purchased the CD album of Lust for Life via the official store? You're already in the mix to enter the pre-sale.

So guys I got the Signed Album, do you think I will recieve the presale code with that because I don't want to buy another album.

Has anyone else not received a presale code for these shows yet? 

 

me!! I still don't have it and so I've missed out :( 

 

I bought the signed LFL CD as soon as it was available in the UK. I've complained to the customer services on their website because it's ridiculous and I don't think anything was made clear anyway. 

 

Did you ever get yours in the end?

Sorry to hear that, that's rubbish!

 

Did you go to Brixton? I wondered if that makes a difference – maybe they're only letting people use one presale code, regardless of how many shows she does. Against that theory, I bought the box set to qualify for the first code, and then I bought the CD/signed artwork bundle a couple of days ago, so you'd think two purchases would qualify for two codes.

 

If it's not something like that, though, I'm stumped.

 

Would you please be able to post your reply from customer services if they get back to you? I thought about contacting them, but thought they'd just say that they only deal with the merch, not the codes. 

 

If all else fails, I guess we'll just have to enter the lottery on Monday!!!

Did you go to Brixton? I wondered if that makes a difference – maybe they're only letting people use one presale code, regardless of how many shows she does. No I didn't go to Brixton. My friend tried to get us tickets but because they sold out in 12 seconds, she didn't quite make the cut.

Customer services got back in touch. They said: 

 

"Thank you for your email.

 

Please accept my sincere apologies you did not receive your presale code.  I can confirm all emails were sent Thursday 27th July PM and I can see you code was due to be VC8E32YZ.

 

You may wish to speak to your email service provider to see if that for any reason they did not allow the email through as this was sent.

 

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

 

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us."

 

I'm with gmail. Is anyone else with gmail who got there's or didn't?
