It’s not the first Disney reference I noticed in Lana’s songs as the intro to “Bel Air” reminds me of “Part of Your World”. Can definitely hear the Glen Campbell influence as well. It’s *chef’s kiss*. I'm glad she found it interesting and took it as inspiration. I don't know if it was intentional, but I always remember Disney in the part of Sweet "What You Don't Really Understand...", it's like Disney's own vignette with the star flying over the castle. 10 Quote

Now that you mention it, yes! Love all the hidden details in her songs. There’s always something new to discover. Make me your Dream Life Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago When the video’s released, I’m gonna wait a day to give it that indie vintage art film feel to it and make it a cozy nite in event Vino, face mask like I was in a hotel 3 Quote
Tasty Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I just listened to the song for the first time ever! I stopped being a Lana fan a couple of years ago, but I wanted to try this one! It sounds different from what she's released before! Sonically, it is so beautiful and calming. It's pretty lovely! 5 Quote
takeyourselftosleep Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Sorry if this has already been discussed but I can't be bothered trawling through pages of comments - has anyone else noticed that the music video she previewed on instagram has a different version of Henry Come On playing? I listened to it with headphones and there's more instruments playing in the background and the mix is way better 6 Quote
Poor Stacy Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Girlies, do you think this is Track 2 or Track 4? I can't decide. I'm leaning towards Track 2... 4 Quote

Bonita Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago I'm still in disbelief over this song. I hope someone relates but I really adjusted my expectations for a stripped down guitar ballad but I am genuinely still floored over all the instrumentation and the fact she even took it there. Like wow the western drama of it all this is gonna age so so beautifully 8 Quote

Track 3 It really doesn't feel like the opening track. If she continues the trend (title tracks being #2 on the tracklist: UV, LFL, COCC, BB, DYKTTATUOB), then it'll be track 3 or track 4. If the opening track is the title track (BTD, HM, NFR), then I could see this being track 2. Definitely Side A, though, given that Lana said that while she wouldn't call it her favourite track off the album, it's the one the album kind of hinges on, so it feels like a song that introduces us to the new project, so putting it early on the record makes a lot of sense. 5 Quote

Lana hasn't properly promoted this at all + no radio + no MV, so I'm not surprised. And I certainly expected heavier playlisting. I did expect around 2,1 million streams though. I suppose the unfiltered streams should be around 1,9 million. Anyway, I'm very curious about the Sunday numbers. Hopefully the drop will be small. 2 Quote
