the OG download of Super Ultra that was emailed to fans way back had the genre tag as “ANGEL POP” electro pop is the easiest general description I’d say. Def some industrial & darkwave influence on TR. maybe glitch pop fits as well. there’s so many sub-genres & honestly Charli has always found a way to make her sound distinct no matter what genres she dabbled in .... something I’ve always loved about her

My XCX World album has like 20 tracks lol.... songs like Paris, Round n Round, Boys just belong there if you ask me. & since the draft tracklist was never finalized, why not add more songs? There are some clunky song transitions on that 13 track draft.

CTMP as the first track & ATAP as the final track is the only thing that makes sense with my fantasy... GNO is overrated to begin with and definitely doesn’t have the energy of an album opening. She’s a cute bop but XCX World requires a true banger to start the party & CTMP is the only gal that can fit the bill.

At this point she’d be better off changing her name if she wants to release music & find even a bit of success... the way y’all stay roasting her has me

Yeah.. she needs to accept the fact that Electra Heart was her commercial peak. She’ll probably never be that popular again, which is definitely a shame but it doesn’t mean the quality of her music has to decline. hopefully the next record will have a solid concept / some genuine thought behind it.. we know she’s capable!

I love seeing praise for End of the Earth... it’s def in my top 3 favorite Marina songs EVER. That song should’ve been the blueprint for the entire album & it could have been her best record... love in the midst of an apocalypse. The production also gives me some outer space vibes... it’s truly next level. Did anyone ever find which movie it was intended for?

So what is the consensus here on her insta posts? Do y’all think she’s posting her own content or nah? I always see people in her comments talking about how she’s actually dead & awful shit like that... I hope she’s able to come forward with her story one day if she chooses to share it..
