I think she got cut off from her parents money in NY. They probably didn’t 100% support her music career and she was leading her life in a way they saw as damaging. I do think her parents had money, but she didn’t when she was living in NY. Especially considering her $15k credit card debt.

I thought the same. I saw her twice during the NFR tour and after I just wasn’t feeling the standom as much as I used to. Love the music, but didn’t agree with her choices and behaviors. The performances was lazy and contrived. Not to mention everyone just licking her ass for a hair flip or a semblance of a high note just didn’t sit right with me. She seemed to revel in the blind worship too.

she’s not happy and she hasn’t been in a long time. All her friends are getting married and having kids and she’s stuck in revolving door with guy after guy. She needs therapy to get over her relationship traumas. Being “delicate” is not a personality trait. It’s trauma.

They let her release HM.....why would they suddenly now try to control her music in that regards? she’s always has a fair amount of freedom with her music IMO.
