I never understood the date created data with files. When you download something it updates it with the date you downloaded it At least it does for me

so ive been wanting to sort her discography by recording dates and i finally got started i first went through her Discogs page and listed everything by year released. i found a compilation that did list exact recording dates (and locations) for about 15 songs but thats as far as i got i'd like for whoever to help assist me in finding the (exact or estimate) recording dates for every song, please?
