Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd - Merch & Media Drop
the ocean replied to Elle's topic in New Releases
i bought 4 versions of the album when i only said i'd buy 2 and even me buying 2 versions of any album is definitely out of the ordinary for me idk the artwork is just so pretty -
Lana Del Rey Heardle #235 🔊🟩⬜️⬜️⬜️⬜️⬜️ classic one of my favorite modern lana songs
-
honestly in my head the way i count her albums/projects is kinda weird so TR & sucker being 1 and 2 is normal then vroom vroom & xcx world are collectively xcx 3 number 1 angel & pop 2 are collectively xcx 4 charli is xcx 5, hifn is xcx 6 & crash is xcx 7 so her upcoming album feels more like xcx8 than xcx6 to me personally
-
i love gone & white mercedes don't get me wrong but xcx world is just a better album
-
between the constant bickering about who has the right to an opinion (which is so stupid in itself), some people ignoring how weird the sermon thing is (less the sermon itself and more judah smith specifically) & this weird fascination with her vagina and boobs ; i'm getting really alienated with this thread and that's sad because i'm really enjoying the new song & i'm excited for the album but some of y'all have to make it weird & uncomfortable i'm out lol
-
i've been kinda afraid to bring this especially after i've brought up a lot of other strange things so i'm glad you are it's really weird how a lot of y'all are obsessed with her "tunnel" (as well as her boobs...) and before you bring up "cola" that was 10 years ago and lana herself has lowkey disowned it
-
even more bitter about there being some really fucking good unreleased tracks from that time period and them not being released justice for white dress, purpose, lucy liu, i'm done, green money/block, ice cakes, etc
-
well ok then! since i made this thread i recommend everyone to boycott wordle i would recommend using this site - not owned by the NYT and it has past wordles as well https://wordlearchive.com/
-
not disagreeing, just wondering why also an alternative: https://wordlearchive.com/ it's how i've done the multiple in one go posts
-
no not that! 🙅♀️

i really like the OG nfr artwork the one that was used on the UO vinyl and i like the other cover as well i just like the UO one a bit more because i feel like it represents the album better

is the green vinyl limited to 4000 worldwide or per territory -
yeah and i have this gnawing feeling it could be american whore and i really really really really really hope it's not i've kind of accepted that there's always going to be a couple songs on each album that i just won't like - AKA, UV & honeymoon are the only albums where i don't feel like this so nn
-
i pretty much completely agree with you on the album though honestly the tracks themselves are solid (minus a couple ones) but the organization of the album was so obviously rushed - you can tell that 1999 was never meant to be there, BIOYL being there was rectified by track 10, shake it was obviously just meant to be i got it part 2

[SINGLE] Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd: OUT NOW
the ocean replied to Elle's topic in New Releases
i think that it's more about not forgetting HER, elizabeth grant, not forgetting she's a real person that's my interpretation though - and i love how it can be interpreted differently it's a very interesting song -
i enjoy most of the new tracks on self-titled (aside from shake it which is just kinda hot garbage) but a lot of the older tracks aren't that great and the album itself is just all over the place and it sounds like a last-minute compilation edit: new & old meaning the date of writing & recording not necessarily release
-
1. the grants 2. title track 3. sweet 4. american whore / a&w [a&w was the title printed on the vinyl, but insiders & jack have referred to it as american whore] we also know the credits for all the tracks which is why we know that track 5 is the sermon interlude, track 15 is the tommy genesis feature, etc edit: we also know that fingertips & the "rockefeller" track will be on the album but we don't know what tracks they are (or what the real title of "rockefeller" is)
