I feel Lana's team is trying to reach (maybe) to a new audience. I think the demographic could be people around their 35-40, 40-46 or people who listen to the type of music NFR has (idk). My mom loves Lana and I started to play the snippet in my car and she asked me if those were new songs. She loved every single snippet, more than Blue Velvet (her favorite song)

I was thinking the same thing this morning. I think she does since Lana has been releasing music the way she wanted. There's many more reasons I think she owns her masters (or at least most of it) but I'm not sure.
