The title 'Heroin' gives me such Ultraviolence (album) vibes? It'll probably sound nothing like UV but still, that's what vibe I get just from the title

I don't know if this is aimed at me but... I did say that I DO NOT think that Get Free = Children of The Bad Revolution, just that the title reminded me of that one line from it, and that it would be interesting if there's a connection like she has reused older lyrics in other songs? I never believed the Florida Kilos = Kill Kill or Salvatore = Backfire theories, in fact I'm pretty sure rerecording Yayo was a one of because the song means a lot to her? Didn't intend to start any theories like that... just wondered if anyone else was reminded of CoTBR

That's true... definitely gives me hope for it being on the album in one way or another, maybe a rerecording like Yayo or maybe just reusing some lyrics or something? I'd SO be down for it either way

ALSO, somebody probably already mentioned it but does the title 'Get Free' remind anyone else of the "we're gonna get free free free free freeee" part of Children Of The Bad Revolution? I'm not saying Get Free IS COTBR, I just wonder if it will be lyrically similar or maybe it'll just contain a reference to the song? lol I'm probs totally reaching but as soon as I read 'Get Free' as a title I got that line in my head from CoTBR

O M G I'm so happy to come back here to all this news!! I'm HOPING the deluxe edition will have Yosemite and Best American Record! I was SO excited for Yosemite, it's a lovely title and it sounded like it was gonna be dreamy the way Lana described it! The only song title I'm not feeling is 'In My Feelings', and I don't know why? I just don't like it the way I like all the other titles!

For real, the wait for the album is so much easier when you don't go on LanaBoards daily! The endless cycle of 'this era is dead' posts mixed with the wild speculation posts and the off topic arguments really get you down... it has been a rather refreshing break not being exposed to that daily! Anyway, I may not be around much right now but I still love you guys! Hopefully we do get some news to discuss soon, I really love discussing Lana things with you all! Soon enough we will have an entire album to discuss!! I can't wait!

Some Polish store said the cover is changing, it's just a rumour but it seems that it is being taken as fact for some reason? So we don't know that it is changing, it is just speculation, you didn't miss out on anything don't worry

Not @ y'all debating the 21st July release date even though it's confirmed by Lana on twitter and in an official interview in a magazine and yet here y'all are just trusting the word of some random Polish store... Let's not meltdown over a cover change that most likely isn't even happening...

I only listened to Green Light and Liability before, and my expectations weren't too high because I didn't like Green Light (and still don't), but I really enjoyed Liability! Anyway, now I've got to listen to the album properly and soak it all in I LOVE the album!! I'm sad it is only 11 tracks after all these years, but the tracks we got are great! So many moments where the lyrics really pulled through just like the first time I listened to Pure Heroine, she has such a unique way with lyrics! My favourites are: Writer In The Dark Sober II (Melodrama) Homemade Dynamite Supercut Hard Feelings/Loveless (the Loveless part is particularly amazing, and totally took me by surprise!) I'm really happy right now! After my low expectations I'm really relieved I love the album as much as I loved Pure Heroine! It's different of course, you can tell she's matured, but that Lorde magic is there! Let's hope her next album doesn't take years...

Totally agree!! It's strange how it happened, but I just clicked so completely with Pure Heroine because it was just so relevant to my life? She's a unique artist, and I'm looking forward to finally being able to hear this album once I'm somewhere alone and can totally just absorb it all!

I'm a fan of some pretty low-key/unknown artists so the prospect of waiting another month without promo really doesn't bother me luckily! I'm still as hyped for LFL as I was when Love first dropped or when the trailer dropped etc I get that a lot of people want promo, and I'd love that too, but the amount of negativity on here is draining... we KNOW new music is coming and we know WHEN, and once the album has dropped everyone will be chatting with their reactions and opinions and theories about meaning etc, I'm for sure looking forward to this place buzzing with activity again and no more endless "this era is so boring I don't care anymore" posts come thru LFL and save us all!

Kill Kill vs Mermaid Motel

I definitely think Change will be the next single, she said she wanted to show something from the acoustic side of the album before it was released and she's shared a lot of snippets of it so it makes sense? I'm gonna wait to hear it in full before judging but the lyrics seem interesting so far and I do love acoustic Lana so I'm excited for this track!

I don't think there's much point trying to figure which songs are or are not on the album based on Lana posting and/or deleting videos on insta because I'm pretty sure you guys are putting more thought into this than Lana is... we all know she just does things randomly on social media? so there's really no way to know until she reveals the tracklist or confirms the songs in an interview or something... who knows... EDIT: no shade intended to you guys, love y'all, just think there's not much method to Lana's instagram posting!

I can't understand how people can't maintain hype until 21st July? It isn't that far away, and we get 18 whole songs! I'm SO excited for this album omg!! Lana is about to serve a legendary album, I can feel it

The diversity of the album really excites me! And Lana herself seems very inspired and excited this era, I mean she's giving us 18 tracks and has mentioned that some more were left "on the cutting room floor" so clearly she's worked her ass off and been super inspired to create! I honestly cannot wait to hear the final product!
