Ooh I didn’t know he worked with her as well! She is listed as one of the sample songs to study so I guess that makes sense, but Lana already covered BUWYGF so I figured she could be trying something similar in the rnb sphere since she followed Mike Dean. I thought this was probably for a music video or something since there’s song examples given to study, the recorded song probably already exists and I don’t know why gender would be important when you’re recording a song since the person behind the instrument is essentially invisible to the listener. Idk we will just have to wait and see but I really hope this is for Lana!!

These don't really match the energy of BB tho (at least from what we've heard..) maybe RCS really is a separate project? Maybe they're EPs?? Idk Cola and Bel Air are on the same album so I know she can balance stuff like that guess anything is possible I just really don't know what to expect she's crazy someone on here needs to attend and then report back

omg I noticed similarities between a lot of her music videos too, I was wondering if it was on purpose or whoever directed/shot that was just being basic and didn't go out of their way to be creative the shot of her up against the wall reminds me of video games and ride, this shot and west coast like you pointed out, the blue filter is kinda similar to the one ride has etc

a quick attempt at reinterpreting the BB pic in my own style! it doesn't match the vibe of the snippet but neither does hers and I tried to keep her kitschiness so thats why it's still slightly ugly I'm sorry it's the bewitched font

The aesthetics are EXACTLY what I always picture in my head when listening to tjf.... hope it’s not a recycled video happy to get new content either way tho and she looks gorgeous

This album should have a replacement for Cola even tho it's iconic and legendary and will never be replaced in our hearts, it was such a good live intro we need that energy again... Starting with NFR frankly is depressing and kills the vibe cuz u think of that type of man and ur like ugh. I also think Lana needs something that makes her feel hype again and an excuse to quit whispering BTD songs
