I know, it seems weird to me too. I just know that it was on a 2015 tracklist--a rough one, but it was listed on there next to No Angel and Taxi. Definitely feels much more Sucker-y than I would have expected. I think at the time it might have just seemed like it fit the concept she was going for. More playful / juvenile. Like Taxi. Don't think so, I think it was from 2015 or 2016 sessions with Jarrad & Noonie. will might choose to release it. don't think so...remember, the Vroom Vroom songs (or at very least the title track) were considered for the actual third album, so if R&R was never finished to the point of being on a tracklist I doubt it was considered for the EP. Naked wasn't necessarily...could've just been a jam session. "Boys" was considered for N1A, and some of the Diplo songs--not sure if "Want to Feel" was one, but maybe some like it. BIOYL was considered for Pop 2; not either version we have, though, another one. "Party Party" was considered for Pop 2, obviously, as well. No confirmation on this, but I think "Party 4 U" was probably considered for Pop 2, because it was played when she & A. G. were in the middle of working on it. Yeah! She loves working with them, she's said before that she could literally give them anything and they'd make it sound amazing.

However, he's the only writer listed on ASCAP, so maybe he just registered the instrumental? I know he just announced a new album too...maybe Champion or Money will show up on it. That would be very cool & nice, would love her to have more features before the year's up.

It's not even like R&R and HBHG, which were played live at shows...they have never played nor acknowledged it, and obviously have (and had) no plans to release it. She probably barely even remember Pop the Balloons, and I'm sure she'd still like to pitch it to someone if there was a chance of monetizing it. Just like everything else, it'll leak eventually.
