While the official version absolutely sucks, there are many amazing fan mixes already and I am sure that in a week there will be even more on youtube and also streaming platforms. I refuse to give her streams after she messed up this bad but there will be a good version of the song to enjoy very soon.

How do you not connect with the songs when they have lines like "fuck me till I love myself", "there's a certain point the body can't come back from // that''s how the light gets in", "It's not about havin' someone to love me anymore, this is the experience of bein' an American Whore", or just the sentiment of taking your sister's first born child's memories with you to the afterlife, like these are all extremely evocative. And then fingertips is like a diary. The only song that is hard to relate to is candy necklace since it is so abstract.

Loving the song interpretations on the previous page. Can we try to finally make sense of Grandfather? Of course, the bridge is a clear response to the criticism she received over her question for the culture instagram post. But what does her grandfather & connection with god have to do with that? Why did she put those 2 sentiments in the same song? And why does she ask for ancestral guidance/support/assistance for an activity as low-stakes as deep-sea fishing? It's safe to say whether Rob manages to catch a fish or not, they will be able to eat that night, but it's more about a longing for spiritual help from god but like...what?

She needed to do more for sirens and that's just a fact.

She is shooting a music video in the UK right now. It's theorized that she is in fact shooting 2 videos, 1 for vigilante shit and 1 for enchanted but it's all just fan-driven speculation of course.

There is absolutely no value in what Ajall or other music reactors do. There really isn't any value added to your life when you watch random nobodies react to music. Them liking the songs you do does not legitimize them. But have fun wasting your time listening to her substanceless reactions and paying to listen to her scream and say biiiiiiiitch!!! every 3 seconds.

This and grandfather build so well to that climax-moment in their respective songs that I just love hearing. Here the song reaches it's high point with the line "my sister's first born child" which is very telling. She must love that baby so much.
