Since we're in topic, I can't say that the SNL performance was good but it was certantly good for her career. Even tho she already had had a quite succesful single in Europe (Video Games) she was still mostly unkown to the big crowds in the US and the whole backlash was a great way to draw attention to Born to Die which was about to be released. I still believe to this day that without SNL, BTD would've remained relatively unknown and thanks to the controversy it was able to reach a greater audience. With this i don't mean in any way that this tragic performance was in any way staged since until today Lana is still depressed because of it and won't perform live tv (and last thing: has anyone noticed how she only performed in NYC ONCE after SNL ? it's ike she was traumatized)

Oh please no more Nina covers, she is a legend and even tho Lana's renditions are pretty good she will never give full justice to her incredible voice + she should cover someone else, personally i would love a folk song, maybe Bob Dylan

So as eclipse said on Twitter we still have to wait a while for a proper release, I guess this could mean like March/April That's pretty good even tho i was expecting to hear it in February, what do you all think ?
