It’s a Livejournal based celebrity gossip site. I’ve been a member there since I was 17 and I’m almost 35 now! They used to love her and then the question for the culture thing happened and then they turned on her really fast. They’re constantly calling her racist, Karen, ugly, untalented, etc. It’s a herd mentality there. You don’t have to agree with everything she says, but I feel they are just mean. I can’t with everyone on ONTD who trashed the new Neil cover. I think it’s her best cover since Ultraviolence. Then again, they do hate her over there.

Sorry if this question has already been asked and is off topic but— has anyone tried listening to Lana’s music (or any music really) with the new Apple Dolby Atmos/spatial/lossless thing? Is there really a difference with the audio quality and is it worth it?

I thought that too! I actually laughed out loud when I saw the email from her store showing the lanaboards discount. I didn’t think anyone took us seriously lol, especially to give us anything like a discount

The cover looks beautiful. It was wise of her to say “later later” and “soonish” rather than another date that passes with nothing to show for it. I believe she will deliver a great album when the time comes. The new song already sounds gorgeous.

I’m so tired of getting excited for albums for no reason. Too many years now. I’m gonna be checking for her less often but if I see any new music on Spotify, of course I will listen. And of course if she happens to go on tour I’ll buy another ticket. Honestly I think she could use new management. I don’t think Ben is it for her.

Just now discovering this song and feel it is some of her best work; the melodies and lyrics have so much feeling and vulnerability. This is why I fell in love with her in the first place.

Wow, Zella is filling the gaps that Lana is missing for me right now. She killed it with Girls and Dance For Love. And Holocene! I’m obsessed with the psychedelic disco rock funk thing she has going on. For some reason her voice reminds me of Dolly Parton.

Wow it’s so weird how people’s tastes can differ. I found WW to be the most powerful song of the three, especially in regards to lyrics. I was floored when I first heard it. to me, it’s anything BUT boring!

Feeling this more and more. I don’t know why she feels pressured to give us release dates that aren’t even accurate. Just don’t give any release dates! Keep being silent!! I prefer silence to dates that never come. Surprise releases are fun though; it’s the false hope that gets me.
