Morgan Wallen (very popular country singer, he has number 1 albums for weeks) has announced that he is releasing his new album May 16th. I guess now she has competition IF the album is still country/americana/southern and IF the album is really coming out lol

It’s so obvious the date is not real, cause no way her label is going to let her release the album a random day and not a Friday. She has freedom okay but there’s a reason ALL albums are released on Fridays. So obviously the date will change, let’s just hope it will be close to May 21st

Honestly… Probably the “album announcement” she made was to boost the stadium tour dates cause they posted the 2 announcements the same day (which would probably explain the homemade album cover lol). There won’t be any news till stagecoach, MAYBE she will address the album on stage and say something. I’m not going to be surprised if the title changes again or the date changes again. Messy rollout queen as always 🐊🐊

Talking about covers… My dream would be another Neil photo cause I just love his work with Lana, I also wouldn’t mind a cover shot by Chuck cause I really love the lust for life cover so I think when Chuck is inspired she does a really nice work (also the NFR cover is iconic and it is shot by chuck so… just a reminder)

I don’t understand why this is marketed as the deluxe version of SOS… Cause the concepts, photoshoot, looks are all different from SOS. It doesn’t feel like an extension of the same album but instead it feels like a new thing

Just so you guys know I read the article, the interview took place in August… so knowing Lana she already changed her mind a billion times. Some info about the album: while we speak is still in the making, so much that it could be released under a different title. It could turn in a southern gothic style instead of country, but we already knew that. Again remember that this interview took place in August so who knows how things changed!

Gaga said in an interview that her 7th album will be released in February, I’m assuming the label won’t put 2 big albums in the same time slot (Lana and Gaga have the same label)

IF the rumours are true (and it’s a big if) since she’s doing good numbers and she’s at a new peak for her, maybe they’re gonna milk it and make an unreleased album with the songs that went viral (queen of disaster, serial killer, etc.) since it’s what I can see being more marketable. But again I think these rumours are fake.
