The songs are under tight lock and key and almost nobody has them. Her team don't mind demos and stems leaking as much as they do for unreleased, as they can't do anything with the demos anyway. The unreleased tracks, however, could be reused or sold to other artists for use, so her team are very strict on allowing them to leak. Even fans who interviewed DJ White Shadow were explicitly told by Gaga's team that they were not allowed to ask about any unreleased songs.
