  1. Imagine the meltdowns if P4u had've been cut down to a 2:35 min long track...
  2. As an OG IIC stan, I'm fine with it being scrapped if it means we get the album Friday versus next week (or longer). I'm just happy she's satisfied and that there's no label drama.
  3. Lord... I am so used to giving that I finally receive!!! The fact that only three of the songs are under 4 minutes long with two of them already being released and the other two being bangers that can absolutely do the job in two minutes! PIMM lives! P4U gets the time it needs to breathe! I can't wait to force my boyfriend to listen to this album nonstop until we get Janet album.
  4. Could she have renamed PIMM to Visions so that Elon Musk would accuse her of plagiarizing Grimes's artistic property? Publicity mastermind.
  5. Breathe Out is DOA girl she even said "not sure if I'll ever revisit this one" or something along those lines when teasing it on Candy Shop
  6. I wonder if she'll release it as a one-off this summer.
  7. I guess that this kind of confirms that the album will be out at midnight rather than a 9am PST on Friday?
  8. 2Hot and the other one were teased only in a post where she mentioned all of the titles she had in the mix. Pictures in My Mind was heavily teased. https://www.instagram.com/p/CABLs6hnGsI/ I won't be able to sleep at night until we get a full If I Cried – "hello hello call me cold call me icy?" has been stuck in my head for the past week. I'm really hoping that Visions is PIMM considering it's a bop and it looks like she was already considering renaming it to Planet's Mad in the past.
  9. Agreed. It feels that our response to the material has also influenced the production. Like, imagine if when she teased party 4 u and the fan response was primarily along the lines of "ugh, she's putting that old reject on the album!?" – I don't think we would have seen it on the album. I don't think we're giving ourselves enough credit in our collaboration as an audience. Part of me also believes that the fan response serves as a motivator or validates her decisions. Especially considering the whole "I feel so unstable fucking hate my label" history she carries, I imagine Charli perhaps has grown super self-conscious when putting together an album. Hopefully if this album receives good reviews with (what seems like) minimal label input, it could allow her to continue to have maximal creative freedom. It's almost poetic how the making of this album is heavily fan-influenced as opposed to label-influenced as the journey to XCX3 had appeared.
  10. I'm personally so grateful that Charli did this whole interactive thing because it's pretty much the only thing keeping me preoccupied during this quarantine. It seemed (based on viewer counts on IG) that there were ~5,000k or so people who would run to join an IG live or Zoom call at the drop of a hat during this whole scenario, so it feels like she sort of gave us an outlet to interact rather than just stare at social media feeds, bedroom walls, etc. Especially for the people who feel trapped or isolated during this quarantine, she really gave the stans something to look forward to. So so so generous of her. That being said, do yall think that part of her motivation for this album was just her thinking NOBODY WILL BE ABLE TO LEAK ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR UMRU
  11. I'm praying she's being a troll and this means she'll be excluding Forever, Claws, and I Finally Understand.... (my delusion)
  12. I feel a HIFN part 2 could be a great concept. She could take the three tracks she's scrapping + the three tracks previewed on Candy Shop that have never been revisited, maybe remix a couple of the tracks from the original album with some new verses from the likes of Kim, Rina, etc. and possibly slap on some "goodies" for the stans like CTMP, Pop Music + Poppers track, Green Money, etc... It always amazed me how Charli is such a collaborative artist yet she's excluding collabs from HIFN despite the message of unity that she could bring along with a highly collaborative project curated during quarantine. Maybe if she feels inspired still after the deadline passes!!
  13. Charli is like the superfood version of great pop hits. The melodies in Taxi sound very mid-late 2000s, but she does it in a fresh purifying sound. In other news, we need a new Charli release. A full project. Pop 2 was revolutionary and I'm withering without her creativity in the world.
  14. Too Many Omens? I haven't heard that name in AGES. I remember it was performed right after Vroom Vroom ep and I was so excited because I thought those releases indicated XCX3... Afaik it was arranged by whomever arranged the show at the museum she performed it at... like on the spot, to be as avant-garde as possible lmfaooo
  15. I've been bopping to these girls since for 6-7 years I need a remix
  16. Are there any PC-style edits of True Romance era tracks? I'd die to hear Stay Away or Grins in that style.
  17. It's like a non dark-sided Sucker
  18. How old is this song? It's a bop but I see people throwing around that it's a leftover from years ago while I always thought it was made for N1A
  19. But like... a more PC version rather than the XCX3 label-friendly version
  20. Is there a PC remix of Waterfall?
