Don't get me wrong, Charli sounds great on records, and I'm not saying she has to be as proficient as Ariana but she doesn't always sound great live, and her live vocals aren't a priority for her, that's really all I'm saying. We've had a few moments over the years where she sounded amazing live and really showed her potential but she doesn't seem interested in developing it.

I'm late on this but it randomly popped up in my head: Ariana stays in tune and on pitch and so do most of the huge pop artists, I get the feeling they work on their vocals... hell, even Selena Gomez does, and even though no one's calling her a vocalist, you can tell she really tries. Charli's literally said "I party because I don't care about my voice" and admitted a few months ago she has terrible pitch and didn't seem interested in working on it. & that's all fine (but also super sad, I saw a clip of her in the TR era sort of warming up her voice before a show, but I'm not sure if she officially practices vocal health), but most people wouldn't care about anything beyond surface level and wouldn't know Charli's actually a mastermind, they'd think she's just another pop girl when she's really a pop ARTIST.

I'd also like to make a timeline of announcements, release dates, important events/statements related to Charli but idk how to make that happen... if anyone knows a website to do this let me know!

I made a collaborative YouTube playlist for Charli interviews so we can have them all in one place. That's not true, look at their artist roster. They have artists that still release music without being a huge chart success, but you can tell by going down the list who their budget priorities are. Hip hop/rap/trap is the sound right now. We've already gone over this: the idea right now is that trap took over and pop isn't as bright and high energy as it was a few years ago. Don't get me wrong, Atlantic should be doing way more for Charli (especially with how hard she works, it would be nice to have any promotion at all instead of relying on viral twitter videos a la GNO) but at the end of the day we really don't know what's in the works or what's being constructed behind the scenes.
