    Instead of album rankings, how about we talk about her live shows since she’s on tour again.

     

    how many times have you seen Charli live and what was your favorite experience?

     

    If you’ve never seen her, what’s your favorite performance you’ve seen online? (Exchange show is mine)

     

    I’ve seen her 9 times so far (since just before sucker era)

     

    my favorite experience was the Pop 2 show in NY because the crowd’s energy was unmatched to anything I’ve ever experienced in my life. Everyone in the room could feel it and Charli gave the best performance I’ve ever seen her put on.

    After seeing Charli live recently and performing Party 4 U live (a transcendent experience), I’ve thought more about HIFN and what a great album it is.

     

    it’s not only great because all of the songs are good, but the way she communicated the creative process with us was so inspiring. Every time spring time comes around it has me so nostalgic to listen to all these songs and think about what an exciting time it all was.

     

    and putting party 4 u on the album like….she didn’t have to, but she did and she did it for us. When she says “this song is dedicated to the angels” at her live shows, it really feels genuine because it really is such an amazing song and we were there when she gifted us with it 🥹

    I hope all you 2099 haters aren’t Shake It stans…. Because that song sounds like 4 different artists tried to recreate I Got It and made something that’s not only inferior but not catchy at all.

     

    I can barely call it a Charli song because her only contribution is a spoken word chorus that barely holds the song together and devalues the verses even more

    Thinking about Blame It On Your Love and I honestly think the addition of Lizzo’s awful verses and ad libs are why I hate the song so much.

     

    I feel like if it were a Charli solo it would grow on me and I would enjoy it but here we are 3 years later and it’s aged like milk

    Not exactly the same old ranking albums, but what are your top 3 from each album? I’ve been listening to her whole discography on shuffle and there are (almost) no skips. Here’s mine in no particular order:

    I love that the mixing on I’m Done matches the poo quality live set snippet we had.

    Sweat would’ve been an ugly stain on Crash if it were part of the track list

     

    as a standalone, it’s ok - like groove is in the heart single tier

    Maybe we could focus on nicely asking Charli to record her all eras show for her YouTube channel like she did with Pop 2 NY.

     

    If we can get that accomplished, then we all win and have the opportunity to watch all these amazing songs being performed in 1 show forever.

     

    Especially those of us that don’t have an opportunity to see that show and may not even have an opportunity to see Charli live at all
