JKSAHFJKDHVJFGF and they keep coming for me but i'm at peace now because I muted all notifications from people that I don't follow/don't follow me
-
i got into a twitter fight because i quoted a tweet that labeled marina as "one of the best songwriters from our generation" with a screenshot of L+F lyrics and I stated that L+F is bland etc etc (i'm not saying that again here because we always got into fights and stuff) and they started to attack me and quote me and stuff and I had to block them all (and delete my tweets at them [i didn't delete the tweet w/ the screenshot tho]) bc every time I tried to explain myself they were twisting my words bc they can't take or accept any form of criticism or opinions that don't agree with them. I just,,,,,,,,,,,,,, hate them, they're literally the new beliebers/armys/whatever
-
I SWEAR TO GOD THAT MARINA'S FANS ARE GETTING ON A BELIEBER LEVEL THAT I CANNOT ACCEPT, FOR FUCKS SAKE, I HATE THEM, UGH I'M NOT SAYING I WOULD **** THEM IF I COULD BUT I DEFINITELY WOULD

Two awards (best latin and best coreography) and one of the best performances of the night in her first time at the VMAs, i'm so proud of her ugh
-
the vmas played a remix of BIOYL, i feel like a clown okay, they have played spicy too, we're literally clowns
-
we're never getting the album
-
listen to it as if it was a parodic song
-
I think he's saying that the album is gonna have no concept and it'll be just a bunch of songs with some bops and bangers put together and just that, like, something rushed last minute because they have to put something out already
-
I'd say that ME! and YNTCD are the only "cringey" songs but they make sense in the context of the album tho, some people say that miss americana is cringey too bc of highschool metaphors but she's using them as a way of criticism against usa's blind patriotism and stuff idk this album to me is like reputation's not depressed/not gothic sister
-
I feel like they want her to become this main pop girl thing and that's why she hasn't released a new album yet
-
i really liked RML and ATM, but the others were kinda meh, like, wow wasn't bad but idk it just felt like something was missing and the same for DWBM, the only /good/ single she released this era was ATM, I like RML but it's pretty generic tho

paper rings is so catchy and cute that ugh i love it

I feel like they're trying to recreate the same strategy they followed with Rita Ora

she said in the secret sessions that school metaphors are used as some kind of criticism of america's society and the american dream and its blind patriotism, like she's using these stupid cliches about highschool to talk about the view she has of her own country (apparently it's also in spotify) https://twitter.com/TSwiftLAMedia/status/1164902146338222080

and apparently SOPHIE confirmed the collab's still up

it's the first time that I cannot choose a single favorite song, like I usually like the whole thing but there are some songs that always get closer to my heart but not this time, I LOVE every single song and I'm happy that she and I are in the same place of happiness right now, I don't have a long relationship but I just got out of my reputation era in some sense so I'm happy to have this album to relate to right now
-
okay MISS U IS A SERVE UGHHHHH WISH IT WAS ON CHARLI
-
imagine how tired we are
-
haven't finished the album yet but cannot stop thinking about how clear it is that this album was born in parallel to reputation
