i mean, this is some tea. i feel like with F+L you can tell she's struggled for a few years to get her creative juices flowing - it almost feels like this is a reset for her (along with the name change)? like, it's an album/two EP's you'd expect from a new artist. are they good? sure. does it blow your scalp to venus? not quite. it feels like she's rediscovering herself in the way a brand new artist putting out music would discover themselves, rather than someone who's on their 4th album. that's how i'm looking at it anyway and why i'm not going too hard on her, because this whole era very much feels like a giant reset button.

you're cute. also it's not that dead, kinda. i do wonder at times what she was going for with this album tbh, like where's the point merna? maybe it'll make sense as a whole seeing as we've only heard one part, but Electra Heart was a damn concept and I feel like that's when she was at her "best". i'm enjoying what we've got but i feel like the concept was a little weak and it doesn't totally have a point to what she was doing apart from just making music.

sweetie, you say Hiroshima like “Hi-roh-shee-ma” (although you can say it either way). You also say Kyoto like “Kee-yo-to”, just not as tonal as she says it (as you say it quite monotone). So the fact you’ve supposedly lived in Japan for 3 years and you don’t even know this then don’t come in here saying she’s butchering the pronunciations when she hasn’t. lawd, i bet you’re one of those people who says everything Japanese in a horrible generic Americanised way.

she doesn't try any fake russian accent, that's just her pronunciation she also pronounces Kyoto and Hiroshima correctly as well, or at least the pronunciation is there due to her changing the notes - especially in Kyoto as you say it quite monotone, but she's singing it so that's that nice try though.

tbf when we got a crappy discord tease of INHA it wasn’t that long until it leaked properly. i’m already full af from her releasing LOVE in full, despite the fact the week after next we’re getting another new 8 songs. as good as PDC and TNRWY sound i’m not that thirsty for them to leak yet. they can if they want but if they didn’t for another month or two it’s no biggie.
