I picked up the Target exclusive CD (it's on sale!) for the poster and throw me round like a hot potato, that photo is GORGEOUS. I wish they had chosen that for the cover. Going from standing in front of cars to sitting on the ocean...the power that that has also I hate that the poster has all those fugly fold creases in it but whatever

We could’ve had some otherworldly visuals with a name like “Bird World”, but we all know sis wouldn’t have delivered...so I’m glad she went with NFR.

The more I listen to L+F, the more I can appreciate it for what it is. We’ll probably never have another TFJ or EH, but I do feel like L+F was the natural next step after Froot. I have faith that whatever she’s cooking up with other female artists is going to blow us out of the water. Also, Marina is probably the most unproblematic person you could stan and she obviously gives 110% to her art...so it makes me sad to see the unnecessary hate she gets, especially for things she’s proud of creating.

HTD has grown on me so much. Reading another user’s post about how the bells and overall sound reminded them on Lana singing in a small bar or lounge or something (sorry - probably totally butchered what you said ) made the album version click for me. Her voice, the music, the lyrics...the song gives me huge Honeymoon vibes. It’s starting to become one of my favorites on the album.

I would like a collab with The National

I’m sure it’s been asked/answered already, I apologize in advance - did she re-record the verses of TBAR, or did she keep what she/we already had of the original? You can still hear the “fame” backing vocal echo before the chorus.

I always love reading about everyone’s personal connections with Lana’s songs. I think it’s safe to say we all have those special handfuls of songs of hers that hold special places in our hearts. So exciting that with a new album, comes a possibility of new songs to add to the bundle. We’re so lucky to have an artist like Lana <3 truly can’t imagine life without her art.
