Is it possible that (oddly enough) the songs that fans want the most haven't really leaked... like is Charli really holding out? Even some that have leaked, Charli still claims she wants to release... so like "it leaked, therefore it's scrapped," doesn't really apply...
-
How ever will we cope? lol

Taxi sounds like this "cyberpunk" distopian future type of thing... like it's got this "mood" about it... that's kinda why it's so good to me. Then she just kills it vocally and melodically. It's greeeeat. You could put that pic of Charli in the green room in that club where she's got the purple hair as the cover art and it'd be the perfect aesthetic. Like if I ever somehow got the chance, I think I could convince her that Taxi is *actually* a dope song... lol

For real... a friend of mine, who isn't really a fan of Charli, even sent me the YouTube link one time and was all like "got this on repeat" *thumbs up.* Like yeah bro, respect the queen lol. Song is a banger...
-
Lol... I just played the link in my car... some of these snippets actually BUMP! :defeated: Right... but then that all comes back to my OG post... "why doesn't she like the song? It's so good..." lol
-
That would be a pretty counter-productive reason to develop hate for your own (obviously marketable) creation... ya know? I mean, what a horrible problem to have... where your fans are desperately wanting to give you their time and money so they can listen to or stream your music! That's like the GOAL right there... that's how you know you've made it lol.

How is it that the queen apparently despises Taxi? It's so good...
-
Real and slowed down/pitched... :defeated:
-
Because Charles is secretly holding them out for a future release... :flutter: thank you Queen... lmao.
-
Funny how that happens when there's suddenly a resurgence of hope for the SOPHIE/Exchange tracks... yet they're "dead" lol
-
You got me spinnin' 'ROUND tonight!!" :defeated:
-
It is CRIMINAL that so many Charli bops go unreleased! :defeated:
-
It's dead with THAT attitude... lol
-
Bulk release GNO, No Angel, Round and Round, Bounce, and Taxi... WE. NEED. THESE. SONGS. :defeated:
-
Oh yeah... it's top 3 on POP2. Yassssss... let's go!!
-
So is nobody going to talk about how great Charli baby sounds on this performance? @ 3:05... "Tears are runnin' down my faaaAAACCCEEEE." :defeated:
-
I just want Charles to officially release them herself... :/
-
If this Drifter guy works for Atlantic, we need the skinny... the exclusive... What's the deal? lol
-
All the PC tracks sound better at Sophie's live tempo... That includes Vroom Vroom too, it drags a little on the EP. Just a minor personal qualm...
-
Her levels of "queen" are literally unmatched...
-
Agreed... there's always a way. Btw, I saw your Party 4 U cover a little while ago on here, that was dope man!

https://youtu.be/hJEa3XTe4l0?t=3m37s This part of the conversation RIGHT. HERE. The mixtapes, the album... all the politics... and then the video conveniently cuts to her teasing Bounce. Lmao! So much shade...

Oh what I meant was, was just putting something out there, like it's official... done... concrete... Plus, we know that the music exists, there's a physical recording of it somewhere (not actually physical, but there's a very real file for it somewhere lol), the work went into writing and recording the song... people love it... why not just put it out? Think... all of these fake remasters of her unreleased songs. Those are getting views... views an official release with actual promotion would've had, and then some... even just Charli's own word of mouth on social networking to her millions of followers... these songs would have WAY more views. But instead people are listening and streaming fake versions of her songs. That's income the label could be making right there. But... nope. And I mean, yeah... I know there's currently a plan to release music regularly for the rest of the year. That's great. But I meant from the very beginning... when Charli was still excited about these tracks ages ago... if she could've just put them out THEN, when news of a 3rd album was still fresh, relevant and not plagued by repeated delay announcements... those tracks could've been out to the world and have brought in millions of views collectively by now. All within small E.P.s or promotional single releases here and there... That's what I mean by the label over-complicating things... It's all about the status-quo. They want big, bombastic singles before anything can happen, yet all this work has already been done and they're just sitting on valuable material. A song is a song, it's $1.29 either way. In a way, they're actually creating this unnecessarily suffocating, high-pressure environment where nothing happens... but if they just impulsively released some fresh tunes on a more semi regular basis, it's more music for people to consume/stream/whatever... Like I said, these songs would've had tons of digital purchases/views by now (and fake songs are stealing even further from that hypothetical "thunder") ...but all that income that would've been generated in a perfect world, is just non-existent. It could be there, but it's not... It is not expensive at all to upload and have music hosted online. And by a few thousand views/puchases a piece, everyone gets their cut. People keep buying and listening over time... the money keeps coming in... I was reading Rolling Stone the other day, steaming has opened up the biggest profit-margins the industry has ever seen. But labels insist "only X amount of tunes can make the cut..." Why? Like you could be banking more money if you just actually put stuff out there lol. But if you just sit and sit and sit on material, there's just physically no money to be made there at all. You're not even giving yourself or the artist a chance... There's no release, there's no money. It's as simple as that. ...and even if it's not really that simple, maybe it should be.

That's what I'm saying! lol
