  1. A Paradise like EP for Ultraviolence would be pretty dope when i think about it. But even if one doesnt come, Ultraviolence is enough to stand on its own. With the extra music that comes with the deluxe version of the album.
  2. PREVIEW: Lana Del Rey - My Way Up To The Top [urban Noize Remix] The aggressive, slow moving, rock and roll big beat, and fuzzy rock guitar work brought a different kind of life to our remix of Lana's “My Way To The Top” record. One that causes Lana's fiery nature and message on the song to be more apparent & stirring. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQqNetx0KuI

  5. Lana Del Rey feat. JAY Z - Florida Kilos [urban Noize Remix] With Lana Del Rey's anticipated album Ultraviolence already being out, and set to release in the US June 17th, we decided to debut our remix to one of the records featured on it titled "Florida Kilos" featuring JAY Z. The song chronicles the tales of JAY Z's previous drug dealing, hustling past, told to Lana's narcotic theme record. https://soundcloud.com/urbannoizeremixes/lana-del-rey-feat-jay-z-florida-kilos-urban-noize-remix
  6. Thank you, and glad you liked it. & Yup, as soon as i heard Florida Kilos i knew something could be done to it. Certain Lana songs like that just click for me instantly. As well as Money Power Glory which ive been working on. Thank you, thank you. Glad you enjoyed it. About to post the full version now
  7. Honestly, i'll never get enough of combining the worlds of Lana Del Rey & Jay Z, because most times their records share such similar tones and attitudes. Anyway without further ado..... Just based off a single day listen of Lana Del Rey's newest album Ultraviolence thats dropped Friday, we were hit with sudden inspiration. & Oh boy, this one's special. & The title says exactly what the song's about, Lana narrating the story of a dope boy's past of turning nothing into something. Which Jay instantly connects with because of his previous drug dealing past. Florida Kilos will appear on Ultraviolence. Lana Del Rey feat. 8. I think at her core from way back then, its seems like Lana has always been one to seek out places of peace and refuge. Even if they were temporary. Which is why she seemed to move around a lot. From alcohol to multiple relationships. And like anyone who can relate, usually the cause of this restlessness links itself back to people's home life. & How they grew up. I mean she mentioned the fact that when Video Games started picking up, she hadnt seen or heard from her father in 6 years. Plus when you add up her parents sending her off to boarding school, it starts to make sense. Aside from other personal things. & So when you couple that with the criticism she receives from one of the places shes seeking acceptance the most, i can see why she would feel the way she does. But her love for music and fans is what keeps her doing music. The moment shes able to receive closure and peace from things shes dealt with back then, then i can see her truly being a peace a little more.
  9. I wouldve have to say right around the Born To Die era right before the album dropped. After seeing Lana's face on every other blog, i decided to give Off To The Races a chance, and i fell in love right after.
  10. Thank you, and i appreciate you checking it out. Glad you enjoyed it
  11. The Beautiful Coincidence Of Lana Del Rey, Mark Mahoney, Notorious B.I.G., 2Pac, & Urban Noize The coincidence that this gentlemen Mark Mahoney who is featured on Lana Del Rey’s video for West Coast during the car driving scenes, served as both Biggie and Pac’s tattoo artist who originally started his business in Brooklyn. & The fact that i decided to add Biggie on our remix to her West Coast record without even knowing any of this. Crazy & remarkable. https://www.flickr.com/photos/57148881@N03/14393752355/ Lana Del Rey feat. Notorious B.I.G. - West Coast [urban Noize Remix] https://soundcloud.com/urbannoizeremixes/lana-del-rey-feat-notorious-big-west-coast-urban-noize-remix
  12. Haha, yes ! & Ive been saying this since i read that part of The Clash interview. Its too crazy
  13. He was also the primary tattoo artist of Biggie and 2Pac. Which the artist reveals

  20. The more of these interviews im hearing, the more im getting the impression that Lana is truly a sweetheart & down to earth person. & The way she talks about her music & its production process really inspires me as well. Looking forward to Ultraviolence, & where shes about to take the album fully, as far as single, videos, and etc. Side Note: Talk about great minds thinking alike. I heard how great Lana's voice could be over psychedelic, rock music the moment i decided to remix Summertime Sadness with that sound. & This way before she even started talking about the sound of Ultraviolence. Lol
  21. NEW MUSIC: Lana Del Rey - West Coast (feat. The Notorious B.I.G.) [Urban Noize Remix] Been playing this on repeat since i had a chance to work on it. & Its going to be dope to finally premiere it June 2th. Lana Del Rey - West Coast [urban Noize Remix] (feat. Notorious B.I.G.) (Single Cover) | By Takahiro Yamagishi https://www.flickr.com/photos/57148881@N03/14209029393/
  22. Just got through reading this interview, and it reinforces the idea for me that Lana is tangible and genuine person. Which we all know obviously from the numerous amounts of pictures she takes with her fans. As well as the interaction she has with them. & That all the more makes me truly appreciate her as a person.
  23. NEW MUSIC: Lana Del Rey - Blue Jeans (feat. James Dean & Natalie Wood) [urban Noize Remix] The rough and rugged soundtrack we provided to our remix of Lana Del Rey's "Blue Jeans" not only fits the bad boy persona of James Dean, who its coincidentally tailored for, but also perfectly describes the sound of Lana's sophmore album Ultraviolence. Which we hit the nail on before she had a chance to completely talk about it. As well as that, the dialogue is taken from James Dean coming of age classic movie "Rebel Without A Cause". “It sounds like everything I listen to. Phil Spector has been one of my inspirations, honestly. The album has a Californian influence… With different effects and progressions, with a tough energy which makes me think of New York”. https://soundcloud.com/urbannoizeremixes/lana-del-rey-blue-jeans-feat-james-dean-natalie-wood-urban-noize-remix
