not me being tempted to order like 5 Amazon exclusive vinyl in hopes of getting a white one

oh nice!!! I’m in the US and don’t have international calling sadly though. I did the email request a couple weeks ago and got this response :/ “Good afternoon, Thank you for your email. Whilst we are all currently remotely working we are unable to process single orders as we are unable to get into our offices to send single issues out to customers.”

I'm frustrated that Lana won't get a US #1 with this because of Mustin but I'm excited that a UK #1 is pretty much secured I feel like this will never be my favorite Lana record, but I love it so much. It really does feel like an "in-between" for me like she describes it. I feel like her and jack had no real plan and were just messing around in the studio, and out of that these songs just happened. Wild at Heart for example; I can totally picture her singing this and them being like "hmm lets put this over the HTD riff" and they just stuck with it lol. The album is just so raw and playful, it almost makes sense that a more fully realized and fleshed out record (RCS) could actually be ready as this album feels like a transition to something bigger!

I have a theory that none of the chemtrails vinyl will be as rare and sought after as some previous Lana records. in the past there would only be a variant or two, so if you wanted the colored vinyl, you had to find THE colored variant. with chemtrails there’s so many options idk if people for instance will be dying for the beige if they can still easily snag the yellow, for example. idk we’ll see!

ahhhh just got my biggest order from the UK store in! I now have 8 of the 10 vinyl

just wanted to say I loooove my black vinyl! it actually feels like another “variant” rather than a standard thing because of the b&w cover I also was thinking today about how a white variant would’ve been really cool! B&w cover, WHITE Dress being track #1, etc.

yes mine was just delivered an hour ago! also my amazon beige is being delivered tonight! I'm also going to B&N in a bit to get the standard vinyl, I haven't seen any pics of the black yet I'm excited!

what's the quality of the blanket like? ugh I'm tempted to order the chemtrails one also SOOOO happy I snatched the 3rd picture disc with the signed litho from the French store I was getting sad about not ordering the litho lol

Yes I’m sure! I’m the one that initially posted all the yellow vinyl photos, it looks marbled like that when you hold it up to light, but otherwise is a very pale yellow. So mine also says tomorrow by 11, but hasn’t even shipped yet and there is no tracking number lol so I really doubt it ?

we haven’t even seen the beige one yet so we don’t know what it looks like! But I promise record stores won’t be sending out the Amazon exclusive. Two different variants. We just don’t have pics to compare them yet.

thanks so much <3 and to answer some questions: - it does look more yellow in person, I’m not worried about the beige looking different. I’m expecting a much more brown tone - the marbling is actually pretty apparent in person when not backlit also, almost like little white streaks? It’s stunning. - random but with Taylor’s recent folklore pressings, the US versions were marbled (like this) and the EU versions were not- something to keep in mind! - it’s kinda weird, there’s only lyrics for track 1,2 and 4 (the singles) and the rest are just credits on the inner sleeve lol - everything is produced by Jack Antonoff & Lana Del Rey minus LMLYLAW (only Jack) and Yosemite (Rick)

mine is saying the same thing it better be wrong omg....... in other news! My local store messaged me saying the yellow vinyl came in! Asking if I’m able to pick it up before Friday since I’ve already paid, we’ll see!

It’s insane!!!! She really deserves it and she has grown such much as an artist. We always saw it in her though ❤️

Ugh I’m so excited for the 19th it’s all I can think about All I can say is at 45 minutes this is BY FAR Lana’s shortest album. I just hope it doesn’t *feel* really short. I hope every song is there for a good reason and there isn’t any filler on an album of this length. It’s a normal album runtime for anyone else, but Lana’s records are always much longer.

Soooo do we think there’s any chance in hell there’s still more FN content (aka #JusticeForLoveIsReligion) coming or is Moonlight the end of the era?
