Let's give it a rest here. People have the right to criticize and critique and be upset with the silence. They would like more communication which is understandable, and I feel the same way sometimes. Doesn't mean they hate or loathe her, nor does it mean the people who are less upset about the situation are ganging up on someone either. This is a forum where opinions go back and forth, and lumping everyone together into a "hater" or "sycophant" doesn't help anything.

I feel like we have this same exact argument at the same time before every era.

More artists than you think will announce a project preemptively and it ends up not coming to fruition. With no apology or explanation either. It comes with the territory of being an artist tied to a record label.

I'm right down the middle on this one. People have a right to be upset with the silence, messiness and contradictions from this era. But at the same time, this is what she's like EVERY album release more or less. By the time she puts out an album, she's already way past it and ready for her next project. This time, we actually know she went silent to work on her next book, which she has to release due to a stricter contract.
