All I’m saying is this— with every album, she steps closer and closer to what will someday be her Abbey Road or White Album (even though LFL seemed like a step backwards). Either way they’re two very different artists and comparing the two is almost redundant.

And I don’t disagree with you either. I was agreeing with you in that post. But you cannot tell me she’s not iconic. She’s stomped on every other female artist in HISTORY on the charts, since the 50s at least. She’s made her mark on our culture. Her music is and will be timeless.

What’s stopping her? She’s one of only 3 female artists to have an album in the Billboard 200 for over 300 weeks. Tell me she isn’t iconic? Not Amy Winehouse. Not Katy Perry. Not Lady Gaga. Not Taylor Swift. Not Nancy Sinatra. Not Barbra Streisand. Nope your girl LDR did that.

Maybe right now, sure, but give her another couple of albums and the sounds shes been experimenting with will eventually mold something iconic as the Beatles were. Hell, two of their best albums were in their group of last 3 albums

I definitely think so. For me at least, right now, it’s UV > NFR > HM > BTD > AKA > LFL
