I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if Lana changed her mind a couple of times with those titles 😭😭😭

regardless of what she ultimately decided to call the songs, i will NOT be referring to peace as all you need lol

however... i'd be more than happy to refer to how do you know me so well? as i'm indebted to you again, it's just so much better

Inserting the backstory here yet again: a lady who modeled in Lana’s 1999 Abercrombie shoot and knew her indirectly ended up becoming a part of the upstate NY music industry & was in contact with the people who worked around Sirens.

    Track listing:
    1. For K
    2. Next to Me
    3. A Star for Nick
    4. My Momma
    5. Bad Disease
    6. Out with a Bang
    7. Westbound
    8. Try Tonight
    9. All You Need
    10. I’m Indebted to You
    11. Pretty Baby
    12. Aviation
    13. Find My Own Way
    14. Pride
    15. Birds of a Feather

This tracklist lines up with what was at the start of the thread - but also this came directly from Rob Kristofferson, who owns the Sirens CD (but I also thought his CD was missing track titles in the metadata at one point (?!)), as he is the only person to respond so far to the lady.

Im trying to see if Rob will possibly pass down the files from the CD - just to be sure 😬

do you think titles like drive by, dear elliot and peace could still be legitimate alt. titles since they also came from the from the end EP? i suppose it would make sense they may have more than 1 title, we know pride at one point was most definitely also junky pride

  3. i saw a reddit post discussing her latest instagram post and everyone there was criticizing her and judging for saying her medium lifted her largynitis... i know it's reddit and 80% of reddit users act like they have a massive stick up their ass, but c'mom!

Thank you everyone so much for these recommendations. I think I will start chronologically and make sure I experience all of her albums the way she intended it.

How is her unreleased catalog? Does she have many unreleased tracks? I really like the flow of your Media section, maybe I messed up posting the interludes/openings to Coachella, sorry about that mods :teehee:

I really appreciate you all so much for the guidance. I will return to this thread to let everyone know what I think. I kinda wanna burn Lanachella to a CD and listen around the house also hahahahaah

hiiii! I Love your site and thank you so much for this detailed reply. I really appreciate the insight and the introduction to this new beautiful world. ::woot:

oh, it's fantastic, we have unreleased songs all the way back to 2005 (if you count the young like me and from the end EPs, they aren't on streaming services) all the way to the late 2010s, she's experimented with so many styles of music, there's really something for everybody, there's also many demos of her officially released tracks, you can find pretty much everything (as well as her homemade music videos which are amazing as well!) on lanatrailercollection.tumblr.com

i would recommend listening to her albums chronologically, than, listening to these projects

lana del ray aka lizzy grant

    sirens

    young like me

    from the end

    no kung fu

some of her most popular unreleased tracks are serial killer, queen of disaster, jealous girl, every man gets his wish, trash magic, fine china, and your girl, that would be a good place to start, her unreleased catalog is so vast, i'm sure you'll find stuff you'll love

Meh. Her live vocals have always been on and off, depending on the day she sounds gorgeous or weak. It has always been that way, even when she had Pete. She’s a great studio artist though. It’s a bit boring that it’s always other people’s fault. She just sometimes cannot sing due to nerves or whatever. Laryngitis thing and total warehouse is total bs imo

    :nene:

do you really think it's not a possibility she was sick? it's not like laryngitis is something extremely rare and it can't happen to people, she didn't say it was measles

  6. personally, i would just listen to the albums in order, i feel like it would be really interesting to see how her artistry has shifted throughout time, it may take it a while to really familiarize yourself with everything, but it's completely worth it ;) once you've listened to all of her officially released projects and are mostly familiar with them, i would then listen to lana del ray a.k.a lizzy grant (the greatest album of all-time!) and then sirens, there's also young like me, from the end, and no kung fu, she also has literal hundreds of unreleased songs and demos to explore, you'll never be bored again!

she is based for calling Taylor Swift not interesting

but I draw the line at her insulting Lana. She literally got Lana into heroin and they were high on it the entire endless summer tour (I was there). There’s also blind items about it but it’s not exactly a secret.

maybe she’s mad Lana won’t get high with her anymore, who knows.

are you sure about that? i feel it would be very hard for her to maintain any sort of career if she was addicted to heroin, that drug will literally completely take over your life, it would probably change her appearance and she probably wouldn't be able to perform, record music, have photoshoots, etc. i mean, maybe some people can hide it and get by, demi lovato was addicted to it, and perhaps it wasn't obvious, but we know it almost took their life, i highly doubt it honestly and blind items most certainly can be false

Love has even soured on Lana Del Rey, whom she once called one of the only “two true musical geniuses” next to her late husband Kurt Cobain: “I haven’t liked Lana since she covered a John Denver song, and I think she should really take seven years off. Up until ‘Take Me Home Country Roads’ I thought she was great.”

    :kali2:

clearly she didn't really think she was great at all it took was one simple cover for her to completely change her tune :bye:
