  1. i love music that's reminiscent of nature, and the beauty of our universe, there's something so psychedelic, familiar, and universal about it, i feel that way about a lot of the "ldrakalg" album, i hope cotcc has a similar vibe, the fact that yosemite was described as "acoustic" and a "return to nature" is very promising! i also feel this way about the title track, there's this specific vibe, of a bright summer morning, with a bright blue sky, and bright green grass, it's nostalgic, summery, and peaceful
  2. cuz chet baker's playin' TRRRUUMPET ALONE... FOR YOOUUU this album is going to be so vulnerable, luscious, & gorgeous
  3. it's possible that "not all who wander are lost" could be similar to a classic disney movie, like cinderella or snow white, considering the fact that it's produced by jack antonoff, it'll likely have a naturistic, organic, acoustic vibe, so it could be similar to her beautiful cover of "chet baker" which is sweet and whimsical, yet still acoustic
  4. the lana del rey fandom being transported to an alternate dimension the minute before white dress was released
  5. there's a chemtrail flying across the sky outside of my window right now! her best album is coming!
  6. large cooperations and companies when they notice an influx of people taking the day off on the 19th
  7. i can't wait for white dress to become a part of the every man gets his wish cinematic universe
  8. i totally agree, fordham road, oh say can you see, yayo, axl rose husband, elvis, on our way, joshy & i, all beautiful & special... i've been saying this entire time that i want a whimsical, nostalgic, acoustic guitar sound for this era and i really manifested it that kind of vibe is really nostalgic for me, and the fact that this album is inspired by the midwest, which is where i live...
  9. the fact that she's going to sing in her higher register on yosemite... and it's a sweet acoustic guitar track about being in love... maybe this era really is the revival of lizzy grant...
  10. i love pretty baby! there's definitely a "rural" feel to it, it's such a sweet track, despite how melancholy it is, i'd love that kind of vibe, sweet, rural, and melancholy...
  11. when we all freak out in the post-release thread together when the album's out at midnight... that's honestly going to be a beautiful moment...
  12. you could upload it to youtube and post the link here, or you could upload the audio to a file sharing website such as dbree
  13. i feel like white dress is going to be very raw, authentic, and different, but also very special and a classic in her discography, i'm excited to hear her "trembling, not great" voice, i feel like it's going to be different from what we've heard before, imagine her voice being similar to "my momma" "out with a bang" or "peace"
  14. that's exactly how i feel about try tonight i definitely feel like white dress is going to have that element, since it's about the beginning of her artistry when she was young, so i wouldn't be surprised at all if it had that youthful, vulnerable, yet carefully optimistic vibe
  15. the fact that it was described as "beautiful & folky" by clay... a sonic mix between aka & honeymoon, with a touch of sirens...
  16. the fact that we don't really know what to expect is very exciting! despite the fact we have some sort of idea of what we're about to hear, for example, wild at heart being country, it's still a mysterious, will it have a folk sound? will it be rock-oriented? will it have a psychedelic element? we really won't know until we hear it, but that's what's exciting about this era, i can't wait to hear the album for the first time, it's going to be such a beautiful and exciting experience
  17. don't worry, she's just collecting our lipster money so that she can buy "l.a who am i" off of the source, and she'll leak it on dbree for us
  18. are you SERIOUS? i was looking forward to this... and lana's not even on the track?
  19. tulsa jesus freak will NOT be the cherry of cotcc, tulsa jesus freak is going to be a bop, cherry's extremely overrated
  20. i had a dream last night that i was listening to the album, and everyone hated it wild at heart was an off-beat electronic mess, and not all who wander are lost & dance till we die had the exact same intro, as if it was the exact same song, it was a mess thankfully, wild at heart is actually going to be a rural psychdelic & folky queen of the gas station 2.0!
  21. it’s finally march! we’re so close to finally hearing the album, the fact that it’s so mysterious and we don’t really know much about it is so exciting i’m really looking forward to hearing wild at heart, dark but just a game, & not all who wander are lost, i feel like they’re going to be amazing! also, hearing yosemite for the first time is going to be such a monumental moment i have a feeling this album is going to be very special
  22. that's the thing, she could be mispronouncing "arkansas" so instead of "arkan-saw" it's "ar-kansas"
