If it only it was going to be released in the UK it would only be 21 minutes till midnight
-
It's definitely one of my favourites from Paradise
-
You can apparently stream the album here: http://www.vh1.com/video/misc/958138/vh1-exclusive-album-premiere-pure-heroine-by-lorde.jhtml#id=1714357 I can't because I'm in the UK so I think it's US only!
-
Thank you! Ahh I never realised it was the exact tour! I'm really happy the route she is taking, at first when she told us she wasn't making 'pop' music anymore I felt quite meh about the whole thing, but I'm glad I stuck with it as I can't wait to hear the final products especially if she's drawing from Bowie Ah thank you! I had completely forgotten about that

I know this is probably a HUGE reach and what I'm about to put is not meant to be in relation to Sky's arrest in any way. Forgive me if I'm wrong but I also feel that the album might influenced by a film Christiane F. (For those who don't know it's based on a true story a girl who becomes a heroin addict at 14 in Berlin, I've seen the film and read the book which I recommend if anyone is interested). David Bowie features in the film and did the soundtrack http://www.allmusic.com/album/christiane-f-wir-kinder-original-soundtrack-mw0000591010 The only reason I know about this film is because Sky has the movie poster in her apartment I also wondered when I saw the track list whether Kristine might be a reference to Christiane but I'm probably waaaaaaaay off the mark. Just thought I would share after seeing DUKE's post

LANALYSIS: Relating Songs To Known/Assumed Relationships
Faded Heart replied to Sitar's topic in Lana Thoughts
I love reading this topic, I only started on Friday and haven't finished yet Well done to all you super sleuths -
Sounds good! With new Sky Ferreira and Charli XCX released next week, I wonder which one I'll listen to the most
-
I read the youtube description and saw the 29th and I was about to lose my shit thinking that she had pushed back the single by a few days
-
Haha don't get me started on Sky I was going to say something along the lines of Charli not pulling a Sky Ferreira but refrained myself from doing so. Hopefully Capitol drops her after NTMT and a better label picks her up... Anyways back to Charli I'm excited to hear what she's been up to, especially since she said it was along the same lines as 'I Love It'.

So excited at the prospect of hearing new material next week!
-
She's reportedly been arrested along with her boyfriend http://pitchfork.com/news/52305-sky-ferreira-and-diivs-zachary-cole-smith-arrested/ I hope this isn't true
-
I hope "Do Me" is on the album as a different title, but I doubt it I still can't believe that next month is the release date! (Well that's if there are no set backs...) Isn't this the furthest we have ever come with an album release? I'm pretty sure there was no tracklist for Cry Baby? I know there was that back cover which was deemed fake which had a tracklist on. So excited
-
No it's a completely different song Boys: http://repertoire.bmi.com/title.asp?blnWriter=True&blnPublisher=True&blnArtist=True&keyID=15965345&ShowNbr=0&ShowSeqNbr=0&querytype=WorkID Too Many Boys: http://repertoire.bmi.com/title.asp?blnWriter=True&blnPublisher=True&blnArtist=True&keyID=13130103&ShowNbr=0&ShowSeqNbr=0&querytype=WorkID

Sorry but that single cover is awful Nonetheless I'm really excited at finally hearing the studio version
-
So if it's true and the album comes the 29th, doesn't that mean we get the original album she planed for this months release after telling us she could make better music? Anyways I'm happy to be getting new Sky either way! Don't have to worry about 24 Hours not seeing the light of day now!
-
The album has just leaked apparently
-
I hope so too! I feel like betting a large amount of money the EP comes out October because well it's Sky Ferreira and nothing really stays to plan
-
For anyone interested a few songs have been premiered: The first track titled The 1975: http://www.hungertv.com/feature/exclusive-the-1975/ Settle Down (Skip to about 1:43:30): http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b038xp7t/Zane_Lowe_Angel_Haze_and_Earl_Sweatshirt/ Robbers will be premiered tonight on Radio 1 probably about the same time as yesterday which was 8.45pm
-
She really needs to start making an announcement if this EP is still coming the 16th... I wouldn't be surprised if the EP is pushed back till October and we only get You're Not One's video on the 16th. Anyone heard any news?

I just bought Creatures, I didn't realise it was out on itunes. Anyways I LOVE The Blow and I have her Guillotine EP but need to listen to it more. Creatures seems good but I think it will need more listens for it to grow on me properly
-
Not much, new vocals and slight changes to the instrumental. Haha it would be good if Marina released the new version of Lies, in fact every EH outtake would be amazing. You have what I have now called the demo version, which is the one on their soundcloud (I think), then an 'updated' one which you can buy from US iTunes
-
iTunes previews are up in the UK Edit: I think it's already been posted. My bad
