I know it's been a year (barely) since UV but I'm so fucking ready for this era. Omg... I honestly didn't even expect anything from her this year tbh.

I'd love a Mark Liddell video this era actually. Idk if he's well known here but I think he's worked with Lana before and he's good friends with Avril Lavigne (and has worked with Britney Spears, Ashley Tisdale, and Christina Aguilera) and did a music video for her here: I'd love to see something like this made with Lana. Plus, Lana's a fan of the style of that video and the Chateau so I'm sure she wouldn't mind shooting there lol I just think something classy and elegant but also a little dirty and mature would be great with Lana. I mean, all of her other videos and great and all, I'd just like to see something other than shooting guns, stripping, holding tigers on gold chains, and swimming. I think that's what she tried to do with the UV video but everyone seemed to be opposed to something new/different...

Honestly, I've always thought that intro to Cruel World that she did live was actually cut from the album version... The bit that goes "It's a cruel, cruel world... let the light in, let the light in..." or something along those lines. Those are just a couple songs, though ^ every song from BTD and Paradise said the title in the lyrics. And most of the songs on UV were the same way, with the exception of Florida Kilos, Old Money, Cruel World, and kind of Pretty When You Cry... Even the "singles" she's worked on for movies and what not had the title in the lyrics (Big Eyes, Y&B, WFL, ICF...) But who knows, like you said, she called it a "concept" so we'll see what she did with it. Inb4 she dubs the album Honeymoon: Music To Watch Boys To.... lol

Well, that's what we've been thinking but at this point, it could be anything. It's Lana lol I don't think it's the Honeymoon video or a video for DLMBM but other than those songs, and the models from the video claimed the video was coming last month and it didn't... so I'm justing thinking that it could be anything really.

She won't do a surprise release, especially on a full LP, and especially one she's spoken about so much and she seems to be promoting so far (moving to a new Insta with the name of the new record is a big step, talking on tour saying "I hope you like the record this September" too...) It's little pre-promotion, but it's enough to build the hype. I mean, hell, I've seen websites mention the snippets of Honeymoon. Remember, last year we got the tracklist about a month before the release (or a month and a half, it was May 8 I think), West Coast was released like 2 weeks after it premiered on BBC Radio 1 in April, and we got the album cover/release date on like May 14 or 15 something like that which was about a month before. So I think we'll really know more details in August and the lead single next month and possibly promo singles leading up to the release.
