Video Games. I was at my best friend house and she was playing an alternative radio station on her phone and i heard VG come on randomly and said “Excuse me wtf?” and i wrote her name down. Later i went home, found the video, watched it, loved it. Then saw Blue Jeans, fainted, and then went to iTunes, bought the double single and that was it.......i was obsessed. I watched/read everything, i had a fucking revelation. I’ll never forget waiting for the BTD album, it was such a moment. I waited for it obsessively. I remember hearing BTD live first time when she performed it, then hearing the studio version weeks later and literally dying while playing it. Also when OTTR leaked on Tumblr, holy shit. So many memories.

Nearly 5 years since her last album.

Album is out July 4th..... 2022

She ain’t releasing no horror or synth album. It will be another country bumpkin effort.

I agree Jack is versatile. I just want her to try something new now...he can still do a few tracks, he’s produced some of the best of her career, but i want her to experiment more.

I’m guessing she will water his stuff down A LOT, it doesn’t fit at all with the lead single. All his stuff is sexy though, so hopefully that type of vibe is brought in strong. The track Pangaea is everything.

You just know Mike Dean made some amazing psychedelic synths for Lana and she was all “can you make it more country” while wearing her fucking cowgirl boots. Omg my ears drums melted in ecstasy. All Earthlings is heaven. Do we know how many songs he’s working on with Lana?

Between “question for the culture”, mask gate, COCC era, the ugly K-Mart fur shoulders in White Dress, endless date changes and ugly album covers, this 2 years will have been the most unforgettable in Lana history. And right on the cusp of BTD 10th Anniversary, icon.

There will be so much mental illness here until July 4th.

I love the song personally, but i thought it wold be straight to #1 on itunes and it’s barely top 20 after 24 hours. Anyway, the album is still a couple months away and we already have 4 songs from it and will no doubt get a couple more singles.....i really hate when we get so much music before the launch. The album ends up feeling like an EP because half of it feels old.

Just got my Chemtrails boxset in the mail after the era is over and 2 days after announcing her next album. Her promo is so consistent. Queen.

Jesus another horrendous album cover. Glad we are getting more music but I honestly can’t keep up with her mess roll outs.
