And sure, I miss the campy, glamorous, Lolita in a David Lynch movie lyrics, but she has grown as a woman and her different sound and lyrics reflect that. We have endless BTD era material (released and unreleased) to go back to listen to/watch.

Lust for Life had the potential to be her second-best album, but then she went and added Roachella, In My Feelings, Change, White Mustang, the title track, etc and took off Roses Bloom and BAR I like Summer Bummer and Groupie Love but they didn’t fit on the album either.

The most infuriating thing is that there’s no purpose to wait 6-8 months after MAC to release an album. No promo, no buildup, no major performances before June. It’s dumb.
