  1. I find it interesting now that Sad Gay and Pretty When You Cry are now my favs off the album. It really get so much better in time.
  2. Y'all need to listen to this right now: https://m.soundcloud.com/pitchfork/pitchfork-podcast-29-lana-del-reys-ultraviolence Pitchfork discussing UV. Lindsay stanning for Dalai abit.
  3. This person god!! Mess... It is such a troll. It was the one who urged Derek of the 405 to give Lana a negative review. It also linked critics to this board.
  4. ^ yes... :clap3: But most reviews (positive ones) keep mentioning how BTD sold 7 million copies. And some of them kinda admit that they were wrong. Only the pressed reviews never dare to mention her sales, impact and fan base.
  5. that was a good read!! The good sis Lindsay saw the light!! Success can really convert critics and shows them they were wrong.
  6. Since every body is doing it: 1. Black Beauty 2. Shades Of Cool 3. Fucked My Way Up To The Top 4. Brooklyn Baby 5. Money Power Glory 6. ULTRAVIOLENCE 7. Sad Girl 8. Cruel World / Old Money 9. The Other Woman 10. Is This Happiness 11. West Coast 12. Pretty When You Cry 13. Flip Side 14. Florida Kilos 15. Guns n Roses My favs/rankings change everyday lol At first, Old Money was my fav but now it's too sad to listen to. And I don't like Sad Girl initially but it's creeping up to be my fav... I keep going back to it. Shades Of Cool video makes the song 10x better.., I love it so much now.
  7. Someone should email Metacritic to change the score for The Boston Globe review tbh and give her a few more points since the reviewer gave it a 90 himself.. Why should it be an 80 on meta.
  8. That's not a review. It's just an article? They don't structure their review that way.
  9. Saw this comment on YT and it made perfect sense: The entire video is actually in the time span of the bridge scene and what we see after is what's in his head. The guy is driving thinking about Lana (like a flash back memory while your driving alone at night)... And the end of the video, it's back to the bridge scene.
  10. I wonder if Lana recent interview with the guardian (" I wish I was dead already") has affected the UK reviewers.
  11. I can't people complaining about the technicolor scenes wtf lol For me that's easily the best part of the video. I love love love this so much. More so than some of her BTD videos. The camera work here is amazing. Idk... The way the camera moves, pans out and zoom in and out like the shots when after the car then it zooms to the bridge... It was orgasmic to watch. The walking scenes when it shifts from Lana then to the old guy is also amazing. It gives this really weird SURREAL, Dream like feeling idk. The pool scenes are also amazing. Also I noticed those gun shots in the video. Love it.
  12. Boston Globe only an 80 ... I thought its a 90. I mean writer said he would give a 90.
  13. This video is perfect!!! One of her best EVER. Up there with Ride. The effects with the butterflies and doves are just DEVINE. Elegant, CLASSY, ART.
  14. They gave Born To Die a 25 so it's an improvement.
  15. I'm not sure what metacritic will give UV with that Boston Globe review. The writer said it's a 90 personally. https://mobile.twitter.com/GlobeJamesReed#tweet_478691065331871744
  16. https://mobile.twitter.com/The405/status/478545092462915584?p=v OMG!! LOL
  17. The score could have been far higher if it weren't for that d*ck head.
  18. < cute scores from p4k I cant wait for "another" review
  19. It's not Taylor. Anyway, after listening to the album for a while now. BLACK BEAUTY is still an outstanding amazing song. The best on the album (the ride or videos games of the era for sure) I really really hope she release it as single. It's just so amazing and I think the GP will be on board.
