I think the catalyst was the Grammys I think she really thought she was gonna win; maybe because people around her told her that She campaigned pretty hard by her standards. She did a performance at the Grammys Museum and visited kids there and stuff So when it didn't happen she stewed over the unfairness of it all and that culminated in QftC, which detailed all of her grievances

But she seemingly wants to be lower profile so this is likely why she's doing it this way When she told that girl on Twitter that she'd been waiting for her to unstan, I felt like that was more a general sentiment than directed at one person only. She doesn't want stans and the related hysteria and I don't blame her because she's almost 36 now and is probably ready for a quiet life idk This might be the new norm, or it might simply be a phase

Why were people fighting over whether or not she's lazy when she's literally said herself that she is I'm too lazy to properly fight about it, though

Every time she breaks up with someone she seems to double down on them; I think it's definitely a self esteem thing for her. Of course she can do whatever makes her happy and she still looks beautiful in spite of them, just not because of them.

I'm sure they will put their problems aside for the arrival of mini Chunk. It's a happy time for both of them and mini Chunk deserves to have all of his or her family there

I completely understand why she doesn't want to talk about the latest singles but I'm feeling kinda ripped off that we never got any COCC post-release explanatory notes in the form of interviews or anything. I know she talked about Yosemite way back, but I would've liked to hear why she decided to put it on COCC, how it evolved, etc. It's just a bit sad - for her and for us - that the COCC era really passed without any iconic photo shoots, etc. I'm sure they took more pics up at that house so where are they? As I'm sure others here have, I have used art as a form of personal catharsis to move past trauma sometimes. When I have made art for that reason I have never wanted to talk about it afterwards (or even look at it, sometimes) because the process is a way of releasing those feelings and moving on. Obviously everyone is different, but these songs are deeply personal and maybe she feels this way, too. I mean, what is she supposed to say? "My mum abused me, it was really shit because my dad never stuck up for me and I ended up in the hospital and on lithium"? "My relationships keep failing because I'm a writer and it fucking sucks"? "I'd rather forget S**n L****n exists"? I think everyone should calm down because I doubt she's going to ghost us forever just because Ben or someone advised her to. It's in her nature to be a bit of a shitposter and once a shitposter, always a shitposter
