I've been wanting this project since it was Pacific Blue Lana is so good at covering songs and making them her own, an entire album of that would be stellar. There's no way we're getting it this Christmas, but maybe we will next year (delusion)

The only videos I want for this era still are a video for If You Lie Down With Me and Black Bathing Suit. I think that both could turn out really cool, especially if a BBS video was done with BRTHR like Chemtrails was (aka my personal favorite Lana video)

Do they realize that crashing a private funeral is the opposite of paying respect? Regardless of whether someone is a celebrity or not, that's never okay to do. Someone's status shouldn't take away their right to mourn privately with their family. Although it's probably just trolling, I hope Lana's doing alright. (i know it was just someone's very weird way of joking, but this felt like a good opportunity to mention this because it's happened for real before to multiple celebrities)

I'm so glad you said this and I loved reading it Obviously everyone will relate to or connect to a song in whatever way they feel is applicable, which is fine, but it gets to a point with Lana where people start to blame her for their problems because of her music. And this blaming tends to come from a complete misunderstanding of the material. It's not Lana's fault that you have daddy issues because she wrote Cola lol. I think the song I have the biggest issue with the misinterpretation of is Ultraviolence. I hate the way that people have turned that song into romanticizing/being pro-abuse when it's quite literally the opposite. The way that people talk about AKA is super weird to me too. I see people on TikTok all the time saying that you shouldn't listen to it because of reasons I'm pretty sure they just made up

With the amount songs she's made throughout her life, she probably could make 100+ albums Can't wait to celebrate LDR100 someday

When it comes to Jack, I keep in mind that he's made some spectacular songs with Lana. As long as whatever they do next is the vein of those songs, I'm down

Manifesting a Honeymoon and early LFL lovechild for the next album. Full jazz with some synthy, soft pop elements. Some classic rock elements thrown in could be cool too. It'll be fun to see what Lana does next, seeing her hinting at things that are part of the project (DNC jacket) makes it so much fun to look forward to. I love it when Lana's vocal and excited about the work she's putting out, it makes everything so much better

I see we're getting an early start on this era's fake insider business

Black Bathing Suit just gets better and better on every listen. Every time I listen to that song it's like it's the first time. For me, most of the songs on this album have been sounding so fresh lately. The only ones that haven't done that for me are Living Legend, Nectar and Cherry Blossom, but I think that's just because they're so familiar to me since they leaked so long ago.

I'm not sure how unpopular this is, but I fully consider Honeymoon and Chemtrails to be sister albums
