  1. what you described is basically just depression and self destructive ruminations. none of that even remotely describes clinical narcissism though they might have basic (or tangential) elements of psychiatric or pathologic overlap. grab a DSM-V boo

and regarding the contrast with the pink dresses? ... umm you’re welcome to think that, but don’t for a moment believe that everyone else needs to be drawing that conclusion lmao

again, it’s referencing a real situation involving real (and genuinely narcissistic) people. must i really write more? i can a bit later if you’d like

    oh. ok

Honey, I assume that you, as I am, probably are working/studying human health. Well, I am a psychologist and I can tell you that the DSM-V is pretty criticable, so yeah, don't use it if you don't know how it works. Btw, it's used as a tool, not as an exam. If you only using the DSM to give a diagnosis to someone, you're using it in the wrong way, and I do feel sorry for your patients bc you're looking at them as a lot of symptons, not as a individual who is suffering on its own way.

  2. I think she was using her falsetto, not her head voice. Falsetto is always airy and more vulnerable than head voice. She does that in Yayo live too

oh, I get it now! Thank you!

Look at mariah, once she started using the airy voice too often she damaged her vocals. Don't get me wrong, I love love love airy vocals, but I think Britney Spears and Mariah are a key factor in realizing why it's bad to use a falsetto/whisper/baby voice/airy voice too often. If Ariana and Lana keep going they'll be the same. I still love Mariah and Britney though, but I will admit their vocals this year sound muffled and if they're not singing deep vocals, their virbrato is off. But we love Lana regardless!

    Yeah, that's true!

I like the way it sounds in the music, it fits really well, but I don't know, I thought that maybe Lana was struggling to use her higher notes

  3. God, people want drama so bad. Not every use of the word "black" refers to people with black skin. Obviously. And it's a big reach to try make this be a "racist" issue to begin with. The whole lyrics of this track are a mess - the random swearing, the overload of references and dramatic scenarious - hell, the cover is a still image from a facetime chat in a b/w filter. And the piano instrumental is weak af (and I can definitly appreciate a GOOD piano instrumental anytime).

But her vocals are beautiful and the melody is nice we should be thankful for that and enjoy it.
