they really tried to say "bar-t-t-tender" was one the best lyrics on the album i had to laugh

i trust Jack Antonoff to be versatile, after all he did produce NFR, Melodrama, Masseduction etc. which all sound very different

the guitar in Teacher's Pet makes everything all worth it

the album is really growing on me! i'm hoping that the random SFX noises are from the movie and not the songs so that I can get my life to Nurses Office without cringing!

i think cry baby overall has more variety and better production (i HATE the random noises in K-12 like the sniffing/coughing in nurses office etc.) but i still enjoyed this album, my holy trinity: - Wheels on The Bus (training wheels 2.0 but make it good) - Lunchbox Friends (we been knew) - Teacher's Pet (my fav production!! an unexpected banger) honourable mention: High School Sweetheart

my only complaint about her music is that she always seems to stick to a story-line so songs like Milk and Cookies sound weird af out of context because if you don't know the story up to that point she sounds like a psychopath. I just hope for future albums she evolves and abandons the Cry Baby narrative before it gets old
