There was some edit made by an LB user which featured some picture of Lana leaving Hillsong and some homophobic iconography, as well as "Norman Fucking Rockwell" title.. The collage style of the actual cover kind of reminded me that edit -I think the user even made a T-shirt from it and put it on sale on the Internet-. Any of you know where can I find that picture?

Anyway, I’m excited to see the lengths tomorrow. I hope VB is 20 mins long now and features electric guitar and drums and a drop after she sings “jealous of your love”

I've been waiting someone does some kind of extended of version since the song was released. 

I kind of love the cover. Still shocked after hours of seeing it, and not hating it. I'm sure that's a good signal.

By the way. Always thought that the version of BAR that we got -the full one, not the ones hovering over youtube- was boring and poorly produced, even bland for a demo. Let's hope it's reworked and actually deserves to be part of the album. Don't want to hear even one filler on NFR. We were served of them with Lust for Life.

Then, she will have released 5 songs of 13 before the album, and teased many more. That assuming that Doin' time wont be in it.

If videos are thought to be launched at 9, should we expect the songs some days before?

Two things:

1. Should we assume the label didn't let her call the album "Norman Fucking Rockwell", so she changed the name to "The Greatest" and it may be also the title track she

drops before the album, as usually?

2. Was the comment from Neohumanism about today's "appointment" just a glimpse of luck after a random try, or does that account has an actual connection to Lana or her team?

What would y’all think if there was a feature on the album? Who would you wanna hear on a feature if there is one?

I know, but the caption wasnt exactly the lyrics of MAC, and there's videos and pictures of her that I haven't seen in any other place till now, as the one with Cat Power from last shows (maybe it's only me who hadn't seen that, anyway).

Tf... I checked that Instagram account and thought at first it was a fake Lana account. But, scrolling, found a picture uploaded on november 2017 with the caption "You took my sadness out of a context". Almost one year before MAC dropped. This is quite interesting!

i feel like some of the ocean stock footage was taken from past eras. like the rotating rocks looks like its from UV and then the one where its the ocean waves was used in the HM album trailer but its just black and white

As well as the weird sunlight gleams over the branches -on Venice Bitch video- were taken from the Honeymoon "videoclip" (if it may be called that way).

Why is it that everytime there’s a new pic of her people start trashing the way she looks.. When I saw the pics pop up I already Knew I was about to read some shit about her face or body. Can y’all not? You probably look like an infected toe, but you still go out of your way to call her face huge, musty bitch :/

As this is a forum, people has all their right to expose their views on the topics that are being discussed. As users are entitled to say they love the way she looks, they are also to say they don't. I think the limit comes when explicitly disrespectful comments are made, which hasn't been done by me against her or any of the fellow users, not even you. Can't say, unluckily, that the same respectful behaviour applies to someone who call others "infected toe" or "musty bitch" just because they criticize what they consider an unhealthy aproach to aesthetics. Think twice before relating to users again the way you've done with me. I've always felt nice about the social clima in this site and wouldnt like to change my views about that.

Sure offtopic, but couldn't find the thread for this, and, without having news about NFR, don't think I'll bother anyone. Some days ago I saw again the pictures for the Gucci Guilty ad, and couldn't do but think again that she looks fucking awful there. Here face had undergone thousands of surgical changes that made her look like another person. Don't think even that people in Gucci were expecting that to be the result. Anyone thoughts about this?

Just listened to the whole album for the 38301939183 time and still can't get how Coachella -in my view, a beautiful (yet overproduced) song with a highly dreamy vibe- gets so much hate being in the same record as songs as White Mustang -the fact that has planted roots on her live setlist...-, Groupie Love or GBA. That ones are, for me, some her worst, weakest and  most mediocre songs ever, overproduced to the edge and even that way sounding cringy.

I am aware that most here are huge fans of UV and HM. I am not. I felt somewhat justified when, at the time of LFL came out, LDR said she felt she had “lost her way” on those albums.

 

Because of the messy production on LFL, I am looking forward to a cleaner, less cluttered sound on NFR.

Clearly, you need to see this graph, which pertains to the levels of terrible and awfulness surrounding the false release dates.

 

The terrible and awfulness peaked on March 29 and June 21 respectively, and is expected to peak again 2 months minus 2 weeks from now.

 

Never will understand the level of hate Coachella gets. I think it's one of her dreamiest sounding, most beautiful songs, even if i kind of dislike the horrible trap beat forced to be on most of LFL.
