    The manager (Nigel) at o2 Brixton was incredibly rude.  Said that it was tough, and that as o2 pay lots in sponsorship they can do what they like.  I am now trying to find contact details for lana's team.

    They even confirmed on twitter that both queues would go in at the same time, yet they decided that the O2 queue would go in first.

    I should have recorded it on my phone..  :defeated:

     

     Can you find that tweet please?  o2 Brixton told me that didn't happen.

    Update on the petition. The government petition team has been shut down for now. So instead I rang her UK record label polydor they said they couldnt help as don't deal with the tours. So then I rang her management company in the UK and explained and said I'm trying to find someone who cares. They said "That's not us". Wow! Told me to speak to the venue. I rang Academys hq and they are apparently going to call me back. So i posted a bitchy comment on o2 academy brixton Twitter. They asked me to send them a message which I have done. I will let you know the response. If anyone wants to visit their Twitter page and comment on what happened would be great. My comments are under the photos they shared of Lana.

    Great show last night bit 13 songs only???

    Had a major issue with 02 academy. I queued from 1 and all o2 priority ticket holders got let in before everyone else no matter what time they got there. Disgusting. That's an abuse of their monopoly owning all these venues. I accept that O2 customers can get early bird tickets but to be let in first??? Nah. I was 10th row in the end.

    I'm also going to send them an email and ask how early it is ok for us to come and queue.

    Will anyone here bring a marker pen for keeping the queue in order?

     

    Edit: ... I can't find a freaking email address for this place, I'm gonna ask them on twitter instead, they seemed quite fast on the replies there. I'll be back if I know something more.

     

    You can queue there as long as you want.  You will be queuing outside the venue and they will be very used to it. I queued for hours there for Madonna and Lady Gaga.

    I like the track. For some reason I thought she was going for something different to but it's similar in style.

    It happens to most artists. Madonna had her whole rebel heart album leaked and all the demo versions etc. Goldfrapp Seventh Tree leaked about 6 months before it was released and they didn't change a thing. No stopping it. I

    It feels like the UV project has been abandoned by both Lana and the record company. Even the UV single was a non starter . Not even a tour in the UK to promote it. I really don't understand what's happened, really frustrating as a fan who was looking forward to the videos and remixes etc.

     

    Any ideas or have I missed something?
